I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

A few years ago I needed the service of an exterminator when a huge gang of rats moved into colonies underneath my shed. It was a very traumatic experience for me considering I am a very clean person and have NO debris in my backyard whatsoever. I keep my property very clean. The issue seemed to have come out of nowhere. Quite frankly, I might not have known they were there had they not "broken into" my enclosed porch area and started to store half eaten food from my neighbor's trash under my cushions! Around the same time, all of my dogs started with a raging case of fleas. They also started to act strange when let out into the yard. I think it was all connected and perhaps the flea infestation in the yard was from the rats. It was a very stressful time. I needed help asap. I asked around and found out about Jamie. He came right over and educated me in depth on the rat topic. He made suggestions for the remedy. He handled the rats AND the flea infestation. I was out of work at the time collecting unemployment. I was not looking forward to the invoice. Jamie's quote was reasonable and he did an excellent job. He is one of those service providers you get a read on for being trustworthy and you feel at ease. A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!
