Our ac went out upstairs and our regular ac guy who services most of our neighborhood was too busy to come out within a reasonable time so we had contacted a company to come out and look. They had recommended replacing the unit or replacing a $500 part which might last a week. We wanted to seek a second quote to replace the ac unit so reached out to Superior Service and Briton Davis was dispatched. We told him the issues we were having so he asked to check the ac. When he checked the unit he said there was no part the other company was trying to charge me $500 to replace and re-connected a few wires and voila it worked! We had called into this company to come out and give us a free quote after being referred by a friend of ours that has been using them for service for years. They were able to come out next day and give us a quote on several different options between basic and the best money can buy. after looking over the options we decided to go with the middle package.
