Upon arriving, the owners proceeded to open up freezer cabinets and showed me an abundance of snapper and grouper varieties in the whole fish category. Looking at the eyes of the fish, you could tell they were super fresh, just the way us seafood buyers like them. I did have them fillet, scale, and butterfly some of my fish while I was there. Here is my pro tip of the day : The afternoon I was there, I saw the sign they had a GROUPER FISH SANDWICH with fries and a drink for $10. (The only thing I'm missing is a picture).
