He came to provide an estimate and he was able to repair on the spot. I was still waiting for other vendors to even return my call. Since front entryway screen and door was a more expensive service, I got a few estimates from other vendors. Some vendors provided estimates without even coming to the house. Andrew came to the house, did some measurements and asked us more specifics of what we wanted. His cost estimate was in the middle range from other vendors. I felt that he better understood what I wanted so I chose him for the service. Him and his wife were both pleasant to work with. Good communication, and follow up. They provided all the information needed for HOA approval, ordered the parts once I received Approval, and then emailed me when the parts arrived to schedule installation that same week. I spoke to Ian about repairing three panels that were damaged from hurricane Milton, during the call Ian was very nice and quoted me $310.00 dollars to do the work. I specifically remember that call cause I was impressed by how cheap I thought the job was going to be. Well during that call Ian mentioned to me that he would have someone call me the following week to schedule a time to do the work. When Monday came I get a call from a Brian who stated he was 20 mins from my house well I wasn't home cause of a doctors appt. Anyways I call Ian back on Wednesday December 18 to ask what had happened with the miscommunication he told me he would call me back and he did. During that call Ian and I both agreed that the work could be done on December 27 instead. Well today December 20 I once again get a call from Brian saying he is 20 mins out from my house, you have to be kidding me right!!! Well during my call with Brian I mentioned to him how crazy it was that I scheduled something and yet once again there was miscommunication. This is when Brian said well did you get the quote for the work and I said yes it was $310 he said no it's $790 dollars now. Not once did anyone tell me or inform me that the work was almost triple what was quoted. So I told Brian with all the miscommunication and now a different price I wasn't aware of I wouldn't be doing business with them he said " whatever bro" and clicked the phone. This company is very unprofessional and I work with a home builder and have home owners ask me all the time who I should recommend and believe me moving forward I wouldn't recommend Arrow Screening to NOONE!!!! From the misquotes (and it's not about money it's about the fact that they would have done work with one price in mind and once the work was done they would have surprised me with another figure) as well as the disrespect when I am the paying customer.
