If you want to work with a company that will be unprofessional, scam and miscommunicate then work with Arrow Screening. Let me start with how things transpired. I spoke to Ian about repairing three panels that were damaged from hurricane Milton, during the call Ian was very nice and quoted me $310.00 dollars to do the work. I specifically remember that call cause I was impressed by how cheap I thought the job was going to be. Well during that call Ian mentioned to me that he would have someone call me the following week to schedule a time to do the work. When Monday came I get a call from a Brian who stated he was 20 mins from my house well I wasn't home cause of a doctors appt. Anyways I call Ian back on Wednesday December 18 to ask what had happened with the miscommunication he told me he would call me back and he did. During that call Ian and I both agreed that the work could be done on December 27 instead. Well today December 20 I once again get a call from Brian saying he is 20 mins out from my house, you have to be kidding me right!!! Well during my call with Brian I mentioned to him how crazy it was that I scheduled something and yet once again there was miscommunication. This is when Brian said well did you get the quote for the work and I said yes it was $310 he said no it's $790 dollars now. Not once did anyone tell me or inform me that the work was almost triple what was quoted. So I told Brian with all the miscommunication and now a different price I wasn't aware of I wouldn't be doing business with them he said " whatever bro" and clicked the phone. This company is very unprofessional and I work with a home builder and have home owners ask me all the time who I should recommend and believe me moving forward I wouldn't recommend Arrow Screening to NOONE!!!! From the misquotes (and it's not about money it's about the fact that they would have done work with one price in mind and once the work was done they would have surprised me with another figure) as well as the disrespect when I am the paying customer. So if you want to work with a company that will not communicate, tell you one price and then change it without letting you know and have their employees be rude to you when your the one paying hit this company up.. read more

Our pool cage is in general good shape but one panel had started pulling away from the side on one edge. Before the small space became larger and, heaven forbid, any flying creatures discovered access to our outside living space, we wanted to get it repaired. We asked Arrow Screen Repair to give us an estimate for replacement of one full screen panel and to check another small area we were concerned about. Upon getting the estimate, we had them replace the panel. The team that arrived was professional and efficient. The estimate was produced immediately following a quick visual assessment and the work was done within 30 minutes. The cost was as quoted and our cage is now again secure from blood suckers and stinging vermin, among other undesirables. For that, we are very grateful. Arrow Screen Repair replaced lani screens with an aluminum frame. The aluminum started blistering and peeling within a year of placement. After several attempts to resolve this issue and providing pictures documenting the damage, they have refused to replace or repair the structure. The owner has not responded to any communication. A business serving a community should stand behind their work and try to rectify their mistakes not ignore the customers. read more

What a Awesome company.. we contacted them due to the great reviews they had and they sure lived up to their Great reputation... Irma resistant!! Whoohoo!! Initially, we were wary of this company because they didn't have many reviews. They had done some repairs for us in previous years and told us they would apply all our repair costs toward a complete rescreening. After so many repairs we went ahead and replaced all our pool screens a few months ago because my husband really felt Jeff was a stand up guy. This week we were really worried about how they would survive Hurricane Irma. We didn't have much confidence and thought about cutting the screens ahead of the winds to prevent damage to the cage. We are glad we did not! Although our neighbors have ripped screens broken cages we have luckily had no damage. So, after all the fear of wind, water, and now power loss I'm happy to give this company a giant thumbs up!! Now if only the power would come back on... read more

Arrow Screen repair was beyond professional and awesome. Hardworking crew, they were prompt and did a fantastic job. They came out initially to repair a screen on a home we recently purchased and shortly thereafter we came to realize some panels were in need of replacing. Arrow has stood us up twice in the past week for a new enclosure. 100% no call/no shows! They don't answer the phone or return other messages either. After multiple calls to a company number & Ian's personal cell, he finally said they would reschedule after the first no-show. Today - same story again. Total no-shows again.
