The restrooms are clean and there are vending machines. Getting back onto the highway was okay. They have a long acceleration ramp which is helpful as there is some incline here. There is also a corresponding rest area on the other side of the highway for westbound traffic. This is a beautiful part of the country and the highway parallels the Saint Regis River as well as the Northern Pacific Trail. If it's not cold, spend some time enjoying the scenery. The Sturgis motorcycle rally was coming to an end so there were some bikers next-door. They thought it was a good idea to sit outside our door and talk very loudly about their experience at the rally. That's not the motel's fault of course. I was concerned our room was closest to the main road but overall I felt safe and there was no street noise. Didn't explore property but the area we were in was cute with water features and wood bear carvings. Convenient that they have a store with food and gift items where checkin is. They have six tubs that are somewhat communal. If it's not crowded you can get them by yourself, but if there's other folks around, you will need to share. The water is delightful, but very warm. You can turn off the flow if it's just too hot for you. It's $18 for two hours soak you can stay longer if they're not crowded but honestly two hours is plenty here. Nice place with friendly folks cute cats running around the property. Looks like they're building some additional tubs. Also looks like they're pretty liberal with their beverage policy so bring your cooler with some beers and other libations. Overall a super chill place love it.
