She came over said she'd get back to me in a week. Never did! Sent her multiple emails, she didn't respond for months! Can't get the contractor to respond. Living with a damaged unit the entire 8 months I've been there. Has 901 offered anything? Of course not! I asked if I could end my lease early with no penalty bec of it...Lisa never responded! At this point, I'm just waiting til October when I can move out and get my deposit out. Thinking about talking to lawyers bec I'm afraid 901 is going to charge me for repairs that aren't mine. I've tried to take as many pics and cover myself as best as I can. I just want to get my deposit back and move the hell out!!!!

He was to perform specific repairs and then act as a property manager for renting the house. I had to nag Hardin repeatedly to record the deed in our names which he eventually did, but he did nothing else that he was supposed to do. There is no evidence that he ever did any of the repairs he contracted to do and this dragged on for months. Nine months after the purchase, Hardin got a renter into the property who paid two months of rent and then stopped paying. After several more months Hardin indicated that the renter had been evicted and that he would again market the house for rental. After listening to numerous excuses over the next several months, we replaced Hardin with another property manager. It turns out that the tenant who was supposedly evicted several months earlier was still in the house! Hardin had not evicted the tenant, made the repairs he specifically contracted to do, or made any effort to market the property because to do so would have exposed his dishonesty. Needless to say we have spent a significant amount of money since to make the property rentable. We also heard from other buyers of some of his properties and they shared similar stories.
