From pool floats to chemicals, filters and pumps to o-rings and repair parts, if you need it for a pool, they have it. Dan had the most competitive quote. He also came out to my house multiple times on very short notice to discuss options. I had dozens of questions for him and changed my mind about certain things numerous times throughout the process, but he would always respond with a smile and assure me it was not an issue. Dan ended up replacing my heater, pump, lights, piping, blower, tile, and pebble plaster all in one week. I bought a duckie pool thermometer two days ago…read more I went to check the temperature of the pool today and found the duckie thermometer had an issue! Frustrated from the pool heater breaking down and having to rely on the solar blanket to heat the pool, I returned the thermometer for a replacement. Z who was so sweet, kind and patient with me two days ago, questioned the thermometer that I was returning. He felt it was an old one! I became indignant and appalled that he questioned its age when I had just purchased it. Yet, graciously, he exchanged it without anymore inquiry. I left hurt and mad that he even doubted me. When I got home, my husband who was in the pool with my 2 year old grandson, asked me why there were 2 "duckies" in the pool? Horror set in! I asked him what he was talking about? He pulled up two duckie thermometers! The blood drained to my feet! I realized I had picked up an old thermometer that had probably got stuck in the skimmer basket and got dislodged when the pool guy was here today? One I thought had disappeared from the pool for months!! I immediately called DPM and spoke to Z. I offered to return to pay for the replacement!! OMG!! He was so gracious and told me I didn't need to! If I had no use for it, I could just return it!! His kind gesture simply assured me of basic human kindness and understanding!!
