Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. We hired Master Pools to conduct a deeper inspection and missed items that our home inspection company found. We paid an additional fee for these services. Upon moving into the home, I contacted Master Pools to resolve the items they did not find that were in the home inspection report as well as installing LED lights. While we paid for an inspection that did not find issues that the home inspector did, we contacted them to resolve those issues and to install LED lights. I was given contact information for someone they work with. That person arrived and was unable to resolve our issues nor were they able to install LED lights. Would not recommend. Master Pools and Spas charged an inspection that did not find issues that our home inspector did. We called again for them to resolve issues and were given a number to call for someone that could not resolve our issues.

I spotted a cute battery operated fish swimming toy which I inquired about if it was fun for kids, and he was enthusiastic about this $24 toy so we added it to our purchase. Without asking, he threw in a discount which was unexpected. Who does that?!!! There was another gentleman there that he was helping who praised the sales guy and said he's been shopping there for years and trusted them completely. Just an overall really great customer service experience which is not easy to come by in this day and age. We love shopping local, so if we need anything for our pool this will be our first stop!
