I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. We have appreciated the call back ability though, if we have breakthrough pest issues between our every other month service. Most notable lately has been paper wasps. Gregory O. shook every bush and searched all crannies to find the source of our headache. They're still in the neighborhood but not living /nesting directly at our property any longer.
