I called him on. 10:00 am on 3/07/16 at 10:30 am to see where the item was or what the tracking number was. He never called me back, nor would he answer calls coming from my number after that conversation. I finally had my daughter call Tuesday the 8th from another number and he answered and apologized for the delay. That right there broke any confidentiality we had which is supposed to be the staple of his business. However, he did say he would overnight it and let us know when it arrived. It's now 3/10/16. and we haven't received anything or heard anything. Nor will this man answer his phone. Today, 3/14/06, my daughter and I went to the "business." This gentleman now has his door locked with a buzzer tapped to the building (not real normal). I had my cute little 130 pound daughter stand at the window so he would open the door. Once he saw me his demeanor changed immediately. I didn't say a word and she simply said we would like a refund. He then stated he had been sick and had the item for 4 days that's why he didn't get back to us. At this point in time, I repeated what he'd told me and that his nonsense had cost me a lot of money. He then disappeared in the back for about two minutes to do what we both agreed was to arm himself seeing as how he looks as though he weighs 100 pounds. What he did instead of issuing a refund was to give us a Linxup GPS unit which you can buy for 30 dollars. When I made the deal with him he stated that the items were made in house (lying to me). Additionally, I paid for one month's service which he gave us no certificate to use seeing as how Linxup is a private company in no way affiliated with him. Also, part of the deal was that the service would be a month-to-month service and cost $20.00 with no contract. Linxup charges 10.99 a month and do have contacts and early terminations fees. At this point in time I was about ready to toss him out the window and asked him if he knew what SEO meant? He said it "could mean several things," I was so angry I told him he could finish scamming with her and went outside. I now have a 30 dollar GPS and am out 70. This man lied to me and her in front of witnesses on at least 4 separate occasions. And yes, I've kept the receipt which states one month's worth of service is included. Which he himself could not set up with the company even if it was legit. And my daughters 26 in case you're wondering.
