He assured me you wouldn't be notice it. I don't know why I took his word for it... it's not even the same piece of wood. I'm just upset because even if hypothetically they sent out a new 14 foot piece I would need a contractor to reinstall it and the balusters will look all messed up from having nails taken out and put back in. It's just a lost cause. It just isn't going to look good and that's that. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for how friendly they were. They changed the size of the plow, as it hadn't yet been made. See photos.
