I paid…read morefor my countertops back in August and to my dismay still haven't received them (November 2020). On September 4th we had finalized and confirmed our order. Lon, told us it would be installed in the following two weeks. We waited three weeks before calling in. When we did we found out that they hadn't even cut the counters, yet. Even though it was confirmed on their notes they didn't send the order out. We have had this happen a total of three additional times. Where they didn't confirm us, even though we had called several times, and we even went in. In addition they constantly 'forget' to contact us to tell us that our order has been delayed yet again. I am so frustrated with them. We haven't had our kitchen for months. It is so frustrating not being able to use our kitchen and limiting what we can make. I have had to constantly call in to find out anything. They have taken absolutely no action in trying to correct their mistakes.
