The seller was unable to tackle the job themselves, and I needed someone reliable to get it done quickly. Henry's Junk Removal and Demolition came to the rescue! They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They even reached out to see if they could start the job earlier, which was a huge help considering the tight deadline. Henry's excellent service went above and beyond in this case: The initial estimate was for 1.5 truckloads of junk removal, but the job ended up being much larger. There was a significant amount of yard debris to clear, including a chopped-up tree with dead branches hidden behind the shed, years' worth of accumulated tree branches, and even a full 55-gallon drum of miscellaneous waste. Despite the increased workload: Henry provided a very reasonable price upfront, and even though the job required three truckloads instead of 1.5, he charged me just a bit more, but not as much as he should have. he was efficient, thorough, and meticulously cleaned up everything. But I would never recommend them for a large job. They quoted 5 days of painting, it took 10. We had to reschedule other renovations and even moving in because of how long it took. We had newly finished floors which had paint stains left on them. They then refused to respond to my calls and texts about the stains. The last day of painting, I found out they had painted the entire house in the wrong type of paint. We had agreed upon a high quality paint. They decided on their own to use a different lower quality paint. We made the final payment in good faith before the job was finished. Under no circumstances should you do this. Please beware if you need a large job, this is NOT the company for you.
