If you want QUALITY done right, Brown and Read are excellent. You WILL have to pay for what you…read moreget. If you want low cost, quick, slap it in, you will not be happy. They are... slow... and methodical... and (relatively) expensive. And worth every penny. They actually engineer what they do. We had them remove/decommission 2x AC units (3 tons each) and 2x gas furnaces (combined rated output 157,000 BTUs) and replace that with ONE 4 ton heat pump (rated max output 48,000 BTUs), as well as tear out and replace our horrible existing ductwork. It was very expensive. Q: HOW did a 4 ton/48k BTU heat pump replace 6 tons of AC and 157k BTUs of gas furnaces? A: By engineering the system well. They bothered to actually calculate what we NEEDED (did a "Manual J" heat load calc), designed the SYSTEM as a system, and installed it VERY WELL. Lengthy. Expensive. And... awesome. Our house was consistently warmer in the Reno winter, cooler in the Reno summer, has a MERV 13 filter to handle smoke from fire season. And, because it was engineered well, the first two months of this summer, which was hotter than last summer, we used 67% and 73% LESS ELECTRICITY than we did last summer before the fix. If you want cheap and fast, not the company for you, but rest assured, you'll continue to have high energy bills and crappy air quality. You do get what you pay for. Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you!

Bird proofing caught my eye because we had an issue with birds fouling our entryway this winter. So we added that service in addition to the window cleaning. Sergio called us early but we were running errands. So he arrived on time and was friendly and proficient. We have found our window washers and would not need anyone else. We'll use them every year!

I asked my neighbor who knows all the best people in Reno. She recommended Dan from Clear Vision. I texted Dan and he was able to give me an estimate over text by looking at my house on Google Maps. Stellar--no waiting around for an estimator to come out. Dan gave me a date, showed up on time, was very quiet and clean in my house. He had 2 other workers word on the exterior. Windows looked great. As luck would have it, we got a down pour the next day so my south facing windows were dirty again. Dan came out and re-did those windows no charge. I'd definitely recommend Clear Vision. #support small business

Recommendation for Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning - 338-8815…read more We had our solar panels and windows cleaned by Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning and can highly recommend them. Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They also have very competitive pricing. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly - we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. If you need your solar panels and/or windows cleaned, please consider using Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning. https://www.zoesolarandwindowcleaning.com/
