Our friends and neighbor had just had Alex complete their home in NW Reno and were super happy with their finished product that they referred Alex to us. We are extremely happy they did! Our windows are cleaner than they have ever been.. the work was extremely efficient, used eco-friendly, filtered water, and spent time answering all of our questions about their methods and process. Other than the spotless glass, after finishing the work, one could never tell they had ever been there as the cleanup was as spotless as our windows are! We purchased 27 "High Snow Load Rated" panels from this company and 100% of them failed. The warranty has specific exclusions requiring you to shovel the panels despite some of them being located some 30 feet above grade. We were able to shovel half of them, the other half were inaccessible. All of them failed. Their response "file an insurance claim". They do not disclose their 15% loss experience in 2017 nor will they disclose their loss experience in 2022-2023 which was much more profound than 15%. The bottom line: it's absolutely fraud to sell "high snow load" panels in Lake Tahoe and then do nothing to support the product. Do not buy anything from this company. Disgraceful.

This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.
