They scheduled an opening the next day early in the morning, and the inspector arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Thankfully, he didn't find any signs of water intrusion.

I hired All Nation Restoration for remediation work in my home. During the project, one of their…read moretechnicians used bleach in a carpeted area without putting down plastic, tarps, or other protective floor covering. This resulted in permanent bleach damage in multiple areas of my high-quality, continuously installed Berber carpet, including highly visible areas in the middle of the room. What disappointed me most was not simply that damage occurred, but how All Nation handled it afterward. The company initially characterized the damage as something that can occur during remediation work despite taking precautions. In my case, there was no floor protection in the affected area. Their project manager came to my home shortly after I discovered the damage and saw the area firsthand. All Nation's own carpet professional subsequently advised in writing that repairs could look good but "possibly not perfect" and that replacement would be the alternative because a matching carpet was unlikely to be available. My independent carpet professional reached the same conclusion and recommended replacement. In an effort to compromise, I obtained a $2,400 estimate to replace only the affected common areas rather than the continuous carpet installation throughout my entire second floor. All Nation had offered a $1,000 credit, so I asked them to contribute an additional $1,400 toward this solution. They declined, characterizing replacement as my "preference." Yes, I do prefer my home to be returned to me in the condition in which they found it. I ultimately attempted the less expensive repair option using my own carpet professional. Unfortunately, the result confirmed what both carpet professionals had predicted: the repaired area remains visibly distinguishable from the surrounding Berber carpet. I am now left with a permanent, noticeable flaw in a high-traffic area of what had previously been a uniform, continuous carpet installation. My concern was never that I wanted a discount or that I was trying not to pay them (I have since made final payment). My concern was that the damage occurred during work performed without floor protection and that All Nation treated offering a credit and the ability to patch the carpet as sufficient, regardless of whether the repair actually restored it to its prior condition. I believe a restoration company should take reasonable precautions to protect a customer's property and, when preventable damage occurs, work toward a solution that reasonably restores the property to its prior condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it is the reason for my rating.

Five different guys came out for this plumbing issue and all of them were great. It appears the leak is gone now and Fred even swung back by this morning to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction which is nice in 2026 where so many people don't even seem to try anymore. I will use these guys again if I have any additional problems

They had someone come out with a camera without informing me that it would be an extra charge. The guy with the camera told me my cast iron pipes were so "rotten" that I needed to replace them on an emergency basis and that I shouldn't even flush toilet paper in the meantime. He quoted me $43000 (my house is less than 1000 sq ft with 1 bathroom). He made up a weird story about having to promise to work overtime to get me a "discount" even though he "doesn't work on commission", I guess so I would feel pressured since he was supposedly doing me a favor. That plus the supposed urgency made me wary because that's exactly how scammers operate. I had a much more reputable company out the next day to get a second opinion and come to find out, not only are my pipes completely fine and expected to last at least 3-5 more years, but the actual going rate when I do need the work is less than $20000. So I wasted time and energy trying to figure out how to pay for this "emergency repair" plus the fee for the 2nd company to run the camera for literally no reason. Roto-Rooter clearly saw a female homeowner and assumed I would make a good mark. I will never call them again. PS it's weirdly convenient that in the response to literally every 1 star review, they're "not able to find your records in our system."

First with homeowners insurance and then 5 years ago when I started my business, I went to them and they got me the best deal I believe I could find. I have a special kind of business that most insurance companies won't touch but Mike and his team worked till I got all the coverage I needed. Something I really appreciate is that I feel like I am in good hands and I trust Integrity. Mike only offers me what I need and doesn't try to sell me extra things I don't. He explains the policies fully in terms I can understand and always answers my questions promptly. Definitely recommend and I have.

As you are holding the hole down and your husband is going to shut off the main water line, you're thinking ahead and wondering what hell you just got yourself into. You call Roto Rooters and INSTANTLY you are told that someone will come by within half an hour to look and provide an estimate. *open wide eyes* WOW. Indeed, a supervisor came by, looked at the issue and told us that he'd contact someone who would get in touch with us. In comes CODY, calling us a little after 12am and letting us know that he's on his way! TWELVE AM folks. The sincerity we found in this guy goes above and beyond. He unfortunately didn't have the piece on hand that we needed but he told us a time that he'd be by on Monday and HE GOT THE JOB DONE. Let alone, he travelled all the way from Canyon Lake TWICE in a 12 hour period to help us out. We couldn't be more thankful. HOLLER at Roto Rooters & ESPECIALLY CODY if you need something fixed. If we ever need services in the future, we found our company!

Alamo Flooring and Construction should NEVER be on your short list of contractors - workmanship is…read morepoor, they are dishonest and treated me horribly. I ended up firing them halfway through because of the dishonesty and condescending behavior of almost everyone in the company. First, was the walk through for the initial damage. Multiple areas of damage from the flood were missed (closets, ceilings, other half of stair banister, paint damage, all closet built ins damaged etc..). Even when asked to add to the list, it was ignored or lied about and said that my adjuster denied it. I know this to be true because after firing this company my adjuster personally came out, saw the damage, included it in his estimate and covered it directly. Second, the workmanship was poor. The banister was removed and instead of sanding down the chipped areas, they were just painted over. The chipping can be seen easily and I even cut my finger where debris was just painted over. The entire ceiling (as quoted) was not painted. Obvious squares around returns/vents/speakers were different colors. When questioned, I was told that I was looking too closely. The reassembly of the banister to the walls is horribly done with different color paste. The railing of the banister (not on the job list) was wiped down with a tarnish that left it sticky so the original varnish was removed and changed the color of the railing. The caulking job was so bad on the baseboards that there were huge gaps and globs on them (this was eventually fixed). Their taping job ripped wallpaper off of my wall in multiple places, tape on my fan left spots where the paint was pealed off when removed, left a few dents in my walls where they were working, and cracked the stair railing mount plate. They refused to cover the wallpaper damage and offered me $40 for the railing mount to include parts and labor. Third, they were very rude in EVERY dealing with them. During the blue tape walk through, I was told that all of the damages are just a part of the risk of having work done - and nothing was done about them. When I told them what color to paint the trim and banister was told that "Women don't know what they want" and they argued rudely about it till they finally did what I asked. I have dealt with many construction companies and I can say without a doubt this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I would run from them if your insurance assigns them to your job.
