What a disappointment! Sal cleaned my house around 7 times, everything was great until the last cleaning, 1 month ago. Around 10 days after the last cleaning, I asked Sal when was the next cleaning date, he didn't reply until 2 days later saying that he has COVID and we will have to wait until the week after for our cleaning. I asked him if we can set a date, he says he'll get back to me by the end of the week (it was a Tuesday). Monday comes around, still no news.
