Salvator did a very thorough cleaning although I told him I didn't need it being I was moving out yet the Apartment Manager already told me they would remove/replace the fridge and oven. What a disappointment! Sal cleaned my house around 7 times, everything was great until the last cleaning, 1 month ago. Around 10 days after the last cleaning, I asked Sal when was the next cleaning date, he didn't reply until 2 days later saying that he has COVID and we will have to wait until the week after for our cleaning. I asked him if we can set a date, he says he'll get back to me by the end of the week (it was a Tuesday). Monday comes around, still no news. I asked him when he was planning on coming, he doesn't reply. On Thursday I told him the house hasn't been cleaned for 22 days and we all have been through COVID and it's absolutely not a justification to ghost clients. And, if I should hire new cleaners? He replied saying the people with him in the house have COVID and he's not going anywhere before they all cleared (while on yelp he was getting a review for a cleaning he did a couple of days prior) and tells me he will send 2 ladies he trained to clean my house.
