While pricing will naturally vary depending on the home and services requested, I felt the cost was reasonable for the quality and convenience provided. Michelle handled the scheduling and coordination, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Two ladies arrived for our scheduled 8:00 AM appointment at precisely 7:58 AM. Talk about punctuality! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially as I was still clearing a few personal belongings to give them better access to certain areas. What I appreciated most was their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of their work. They provided an estimated completion time and delivered right on schedule, if not slightly earlier. Coming home to a freshly deep-cleaned house was definitely the highlight of my weekend! We regularly maintain our home, but having professionals take care of the deeper cleaning makes such a difference. The entire experience, from booking to completion, was seamless, and I'm already considering monthly services. Overall, an easy 10/10! I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on.
