My fiancé and I hired them to paint the inside of our new home. The first red flag was they didn't provide any sort of invoice or contract until we asked them multiple times and until after they had been painting for days. We should've known then that they were not legitimate, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we went to the house to see the paint job, the paint was fine but the house was a disaster. They took down ALL of the blinds off of every window and sliding door in the house, and didn't put them back when they were done. They removed the light switches and the recessed lighting, and didn't put them back properly, a bunch of them were loose/crooked. They took the mirrors off the bathroom walls and didn't put them back. They broke a ceiling light in the bathroom , it obviously fell and they didn't bother telling me, I only know because I found it in pieces in a drawer. Although the paint job was fine, it was not done precisely. There was paint splatter on parts where there shouldn't have been. They took off the door stoppers behind our door and they are nowhere to be found, when we asked they had no idea where they were. We had a garage door opener velcroed to the wall by the front door and that's missing and nowhere to be found as well. They left bright orange painters tape on all of the high ceiling light/fan fixtures. When we told the owner he needs to fix everything, he kept saying he'd come another day and never came to fix it. He even made countless excuses for the mistakes. And never explained why stuff like the door stoppers or garage opener are missing. He ended up paying us a compensatory $300 after we called and texted him for days about how disappointed we are. $300!!!! For over $1,000 of work. I know because I got a handyman to give me an estimate of all the work these painters didn't do, and he quoted me 1.2k. I am so incredibly disappointed in the low quality work, the lack of professionalism and lack of communication and accountability. read more
