The shirt cost over $100 and was relatively new. They still haven't found the shirt nor offered and compensation for the loss. Penny doesn't seemed to care, so I'm warning my neighbors and friends to stay far away from this "establishment."

He never even balked at the timeframe. My family left their dresses with another tailor in the area months prior, and found that that tailor hadn't even started the work the night before. Mr. Simonetti finished my dresses in that 4-day period and they were done before my family's (who now wish they'd gone to Mr. Simonetti in the first place!). Other comments say he's a bit brusque, but my goal was to have my alterations done quickly and properly. They were. I would recommend him to anyone.

Every single time the man who works here handles my service, he has been rude, disrespectful or angry. My last visit was the final straw. I brought in dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed. He looked at the items I dropped off and said "you don't like to iron, huh?" I thought he was joking, so I chuckled and said no- isn't that why cleaners are in business? He shook his head angrily and said "there outta be a law." Excuse me?! You're insulting a customer for bringing in items to be pressed? Was the insinuation women should stay home and iron?? Other examples: I dropped off an expensive Williams Sonoma table runner to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up it was clearly cleaned with bleach as the color was completely faded out. He refused to take responsibility and said they had followed the cleaning instructions, so it wasn't their fault. I've been aggressively yelled at for not having my paper slip, for coming by to pick up items a couple of hours before they were ready (a simple "it's not ready yet would have been fine, but I got a loud angry lecture). You'd think this rude behavior would have kept me away, but Ive noticed he wasn't this mean to everyone, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It took me a while to notice that the male customers who are his age are treated with respect and a friendly greeting, and I've only seen men take their business here. So there you go. You all don't want women customers? Done!!!

And in fact there is another teenager in our town who had the exact same experience with you in that you ordered her a dress size based on the sample she tried on in the store and when the dress arrived it was too tight. So like my daughter she had to buy another dress for prom. Your staff is lovely and we always loved shopping in your store. I am posting this review so other people do not have the same experience. First off, the store is impeccably clean and organized - suits and tuxes lined up in perfect order, no clutter to be seen - great start, you know they will take care of your items. As soon as I walked in, I was helped right away by Louis who was very friendly - he understood what I needed and the fitting was very quick. My dress was altered and ready in a fast turn around. Overall, I would 5 star and recommend Serpe Bros, you won't be disappointed!
