After some BS about how expensive it is to clean pants, I was offered my money back, if I would take the review down. I said I didn't want my money back. I wanted them to do the right thing and asked how much they should have charged for pants. After some hemming and hawing, I was told $18 and but again told if I came by the store I would get $10 or my money back, if I took the review down. I again asked if prices would be posted but got no answer. As an aside, I checked with other dry cleaners in the neighborhood and the price for cleaning a pair of pants is below even $18.

However, my washing…read moremachine broke recently, and the new one I ordered is on back order for two weeks so I found myself needing this service. I chose this business because it was close by. I brought one medium size bag of laundry to be done and according to the website if you drop it off before 10am you can pick it up by 4pm. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appointment to drop it off. They said I did not. So the next morning at 9am, I dropped off the laundry and was told I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the following day. Not exactly in accordance with their website claims but fine. She weighed the bag and printed out a receipt and to my shock it was $68. The clothes came out fine the next day when I picked them up, but I had a few button down shirts in the bag and was told in the future those would be extra! For close to $70 for one bag of laundry I thought that seemed a bit much.

He reminded me a lot of my own Grandfather. For me, it was endearing. He was friendly outside of the business side of things.
