I live in a loft unit that was built 15+ years ago. Even though it's not that old the bathroom seemed dark and dated. I had Florin renovate other bathrooms and he and his crew did an amazing job on those, so I never bothered to get estimates from other contractors. Again, he transformed the small dark bathroom into a luxurious space. The building is mostly concrete so we couldn't really enlarge the bathroom, but it feels spacious because of the lighting, colors and choice of fixtures. Every detail is perfect.
