And the important part is, he knows when a job is not worth doing, too, and will tell you that straight up instead of doing a job that'll cost more than the car is worth.

Jim had everything back together and had me back on the road within a day. Never had issues with quality of work either - after fluid changes have always found the correct color fluid being put into my vehicles.

Without hesitation, they dropped what they were doing and walked over with me. They didnt have to do this as there were people waiting on their cars to be ready and they were in the middle of some work but graciously helped me out. Marc was super friendly and helpful. He had a hunch of what the issue was after I described the problem and brought his tools with him. After about 30 seconds, he diagnosed the issue and began working. I was up and running within minutes. I asked what I owed him for his urgency and time but he refused payment. They only thing he would accept was a good Yelp review, so this is my form of payment. If I ever have issues in the future, I would not even think twice about going back for service and would highly recommend them!
