I'm always weary when I see a place on Yelp with all 5 star reviews, but after taking my car in for a detail, I see why! After a night of overindulgence, there may have been a slight mess in my car and smell left over. I called Superior and they were able to get my 2015 Ford Escape in right away. I got to their shop about 30 minutes before opening. They were already on site and got me on my way. I returned about 5 minutes after closing and they weren't peeved, but super friendly. They took me to my car and walked through each area from the carpets to door jambs to ensure it was to my satisfaction. There was one spot and they addressed it right away. What is nice is that they do not use any dressing (Armor All, etc.) on the inside of the car, so there were no greasy streaks and the vents were even dust free! Also, my car smelled a whole lot better than it did when I got there! Know that they will consolidate all of your inside items into bags so they can clean the inside of your glove box, etc. The only suggestion I have for them is consolidate any change they find into a zip lock bag instead of the big bag with everything else. Finding a quarter for the meter the next day was a pain! :) When I paid, both the owner, Kevin, and his employee, Ryan, shook my hand and thanked me for my business with a smile. Well at first, I was really impressed with how they handled my back window and drivers side window repair. The shop was clean and the employees were friendly. It seemed like they did quality work. The only thing that bothered me at first was that there was a ton of glass left in the back end of my car. But that was something my husband could clean out so I wasn't too worried... However, the first time I drove it after it being fixed, I closed the back end and the back glass shattered. I called and spoke to a woman about it who didn't remember me at all and who told me I was basically SOL. She only seemed to have excuses for it breaking. She wouldn't offer me any sort of discount to have it replaced, and they were not the ones to give me the cheapest quote by any means. I ended up just getting it fixed by someone else instead. My drivers window has not had any problems yet and I appreciate that at least. read more

The guy quoted the fix and then said he could do it immediately. I was honestly shocked how he dropped what he was doing to fix the stain for me right away. Just got my windows tinted yesterday. As of right now, it looks great! I don't see too many bubbles or anything like that. Still have to let everything cure for a week to see how it sets up. I don't have any concerns right now that they will fix it should anything not set right in that week. She did mention it has a lifetime guarantee several times while getting everything finished off when I went it to pick up my car. I am certainly going back for a full wash and detail from these guys! I got my 2013 Toyota 4-Runner windshield replaced here and everyone was professional, quality of work was great. I noticed a minor issue driving down the road and called them, which they ask me to pull over and which they came out to me fixed immediately. I didn't leave this review until the windshield had some time to take the rain, a small rock or two and a little hail. My review of the quality of the windshield is 5-stars, it has held up to some small rocks hitting it with only a tiny tiny little chip, which should be expected. Hail, wind and rain hasn't had any effect. No wind noise from the windshield. They installed the "right" windshield, as it might sound crazy but my original had built in heater, UV and rear view mirror sensor, all of which the windshield they installed has. The price was right, people friendly and professional. 5-Stars for them! read more

It is my absolute pleasure to give Superior Auto Image 5 stars. I have searched and searched for a place to get my car detailed that would do a fantastic job and I've finally found it. I'm very finicky about my cars and I usually detail them myself, not because I want to, but because no matter where I go or how much money I spend, places miss a ton of things and I have to go back home myself and clean everything. I wanted to find a place that would do this for me so I didn't have to spend a lot of time shampooing, vacuuming and waxing my car myself. I found Superior Auto Image here on Yelp and wondered if all the 5 star reviews could be true. They looked legit, so I tried Superior Auto Image out. I am so happy with their work. It was quite a drive for me to get there, but it was worth it. My tires looked fantastic. My chrome wheels were nice and shiny. I had the interior shampooed and they did a thorough job. All the windows were clean. They made sure they didn't leave things in the glove compartment or center console. They put all my stuff (pens, tire pressure gauges, chapstick) into a plastic sack and cleaned the glove compartment and center console out, too. The wax job was fantastic. I didn't see wax remnants anywhere on the car. Usually, detail places end up leaving some in the grooves and I have to clean it out later with q-tips or a small brush. The wax job was so good that when I went to close my trunk later in the day, my hand slipped off the trunk because the paint was so smooth and glossy. The owner, Kevin, seemed very sincere and he took the time to talk to me. He seems to value his customers. I will definitely be back! read more

I hate to be the guy who posts a two-star review, especially since the folks at this place are super nice and friendly, but if I'm being honest, I don't feel I got everything I paid for. I took my 2016 VW Tiguan in for an interior/exterior detail on October 13th, and they threw in a free engine detail. My car was already in pretty good shape, but not perfect. They got the job done quickly: I dropped my car off at 9:00, and it was done by 2:00. When I returned, I pointed out some areas I felt weren't quite done properly, and it seemed like they were saying nothing that was wrong with the finished product was their fault. The plastic trim around the bumper hadn't really been touched, but they said that it was probably oxidation from washing my car too often and I could pay $125 for a plastic treatment and they could make it look like new (it was dirt, I went home and cleaned the area with a toothbrush). There were still bug marks on the clear bra, they said they could replace the clear bra for $350 (bug marks also mostly came off with waterless wash and some carnuba wax, and the ones that remained I can live with). My engine has white stains on the plastic engine cover and plastic air intake parts after the engine detail that I can't remove (maybe it is environmental damage and maybe they didn't cause it, but even if it is, I can't imagine why they didn't either leave it alone or tell me they noticed it when they had finished? I am 99% certain it isn't environmental, and it didn't go into the shop looking like that). Also, the acoustic insulation pad on the underside of the hood got really wet, did not dry properly, and it is now so warped it must be replaced (since the engine detail was free, I guess I will just eat the cost of replacing parts I need like the hood insulation pad, and I guess I will live with the white stains on the plastic, but I won't be happy about it). They did, however, do an excellent job of cleaning the interior carpet, the dashboard plastics and the seats, but the interior glass was just okay and I also ended up going over a lot of the glass again myself, too. I guess when you have as many five-star reviews as these guys do, the expectations are high. In my case, my expectations were not satisfied, but maybe it was just me, or maybe they just had a bad day or maybe they were just moving too fast. I didn't expect my car to look like it had just come in fresh from the factory, but I also didn't think it would come back in the condition it did. At the end of the day, they earned a fair amount of the money I paid, but between the plastic in the engine bay and the number of things that needed to be touched-up that they didn't (or wouldn't) take responsibility for, they did not earn my repeat business. My parents bring their cars here and they have always been thrilled with the work these guys do. I, however, won't be going back. read more

I was so pleased with my experience here. I got my car detailed and the windshield replaced and they completed it all in one day. They were very upfront with me about possibly not being able to get all of the stains out of my seats but they would try their best. It's hard to find truly professional auto detailers these days. Normally I prefer to do the work myself, but I've just moved from Boston and don't have any detailing tools or products yet. My interior was in desperate need of attention after the long drive from New England (and a few months of neglect). These guys were friendly, helpful, and showed incredible attention to detail. I can't brag enough about Superior Auto Image. I have been a customer of Kevin's since 2010 and I keep coming back. I basically went for tint on my windows. He has a large range to pick from and will help you read the tint that you already have to give you the best match. He will also make it clear that all of his work is followed up with warranty, so this is comforting. Not only has his work been fabulous, him and his wide will make sure your taken care of. They offer you coffee and make you feel at home. I had to print something once and they allowed me to use their computer briefly. They have gone above and beyond for the customer service. Recently I noticed a small glitch in my driver side window. I called and brought it up to them and they said to come on in. I got busy, started traveling and forgot to stop in. On one of my travels back from the mountains, a rock hit my passenger side window. When I brought it it to get another tint job, I finally remembered to ask about the glitch I saw before. I have a classic car that somehow decided to run into the side of my garage leaving a dent in the worst possible place, right on a body line on the rear quarter panel. Took it to several body shops who all said it was a job for paintless dent repair. After reading the reviews for Superior I took the car there.
