    Wow is all I can say! Amber was SUPER responsive while getting me scheduled and answering my questions, Kevin was super friendly and kind (everyone else on staff was too!), and Jennah absolutely rocked this service. The services I went in for were 1. Headlight restoration and 2. Engine bay cleaning. I'd never gotten either of these services done before, but my Mazdarati is 11 years old now and really needed a pick me up. I honestly never thought her headlights could look as clear or sparkling as when I bought her, but they really do sparkle again. I'm shook! Also, you can probably tell I'd never done the engine bay cleaning either (lol) but somehow Jennah found it under all the dust and craziness and now it looks as good as new! I'm amazed. Thank you Superior Auto Image for cleaning her up, nice! :D

    Top notch quality and service. They are very highly rated for good reason. My only advice would be to for front desk staff to default to wearing a mask. It's uncomfortable when you ask me "do you want me to wear my mask?" I thought it was a statewide mandate. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm making you do something you don't want to do. Great work on my window tinting though.

    Not one to do reviews but felt this place deserved it. Ryan (Manager) is awesome! They do great work, good customer service, clean shop, good prices. Will definitely return! Ryan did some work on my audi; vinyl wrapping and changed my grill. I am so happy how it turned out and will go to Superior for all my future needs!

    These guys restored my headlights once and did amazing!! There was a spot/drip on a headlight that had been there for years. I had my headlights restored before and was told that spot was never coming off. These guys got it in 1 try. So, in October 2019, I went through them to get a full detail of my Subaru Impreza Hatchback. First glance, they did amazing and I even used a coupon to deep clean the engine. The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is a lack of attention to detail. Looking it over before leaving, I found spots on my seats and the girl licked her thimb and tried to wipe the spots off. After I got home, I did a more thorough inspection (photos). I'm sure they would have offered to touch it up if I mentioned it, but it's frustrating when you pay over $300 for a full detail and still need more work done afterwards. Staff is very friendly and they let me use their loaner car to go home and sleep. It was almost out of gas, but I just stopped, filled it up, and gave them the receipt which they reimbursed me for. I would still use them again, but I'd just pay a bit more attention prior to leaving.

    Quality work delivered and superb customer service. After reading all the reviews on yelp on auto window tinting, I decided to go with Superior. I called two weeks before I dropped off my minivan and Kevin the owner of the shop answered the phone and gave me a quote. I dropped off van 2 weeks later. They did not disappoint. I am very happy with the tinting job they did and their top notch customer service. Especially letting me borrow their loaner car, (which was extremely clean and freshly detailed BTW) to get back to work was above and beyond. Lifetime warranty on the tint job! THANK YOU Kevin and team!! Enclosed pictures of before and after. Kevin tinted the two front windows and windshield for me.

    Oh my goodness--this place is "da bomb." From Kevin, who gave me the estimate, to Amber who checked me in (and is a consummate professional), to the detailer (don't have his name....) but he is an artist. These folks do a great job, and follow through on what they say they will do. 100% satisfied.

    Dirty bumper

    Came in with a super dirty Jeep, picked it up with zero dog hair left over, interior and exterior were nearly perfect 95% a few details were missed. Back bumper had dirt residue I was able to get some off with just my hand and interior had a bit of dirt in crevasses like door handles. Owner gave tips for painting wheel accessories so that was cool. Over all good service and wash, only a bit over priced $540 for a 4 door Jeep including headliner and engine bay.

    Everyon here is extremely nice. The process was educational and straight forward. The owners really know what their doing and take care of their customers to the best of their abilities. My truck looked awesome when it's done and they even cleaned the inside for me. Highly recommended. Just remember, quality work cost money.

    I'm really disappointed in this place, and I have to advise you: If you have carseats, do not even think about coming here for an interior detail. A friend recommended this shop to me for a pre-Passover interior cleaning. I went to their site and filled out the contact form, mentioning how messy my kids are with the Cheerios and other mess-making snacks. They responded that they could totally take on the job, they had a car I could borrow for the day, and gave me the price quote of $150 for my Prius V, and we booked an appointment for today. I dropped the car off when the shop opened at 9 a.m. I took the guy out to the car, mentioned the need for the car seats to be cleaned, and he assured me everything would be taken care of. He didn't offer me a loaner car, didn't even mention it, said, "So are you going to hang out here, or ...?" and so I realized they didn't have a loaner for me and I left. Zip forward to 5.5 hours later, and they call me to tell me the car is ready. I go and pick it up, and I was really impressed with the first look at the car. They removed quite literally everything from every nook and cranny and glove box and put it all in the trunk. I had unlatched the car seats so they could easily remove them for cleaning, and the car seats were also in the trunk area. I thanked them, paid, and left. Stoked to have a clean car! Then, when I went to put the carseats back in ... crumbs. Everywhere. They didn't even LOOK at the carseats. They didn't vacuum them. They did nothing. The one thing I really needed them to do, and they didn't do it. I was livid. I contacted them, at which point they told me that, "Car seat cleaning does not come with any of our detailing services." Oh really? Why did NO one mention that? Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Also, they said, "We should have mentioned that car seat cleaning is not included. For safety reasons we do not typically clean car seats (unless requested) because we do not want to use any chemicals on a child's seat." But I requested it! I DID! I wasn't expecting them to dismantle and shampoo them. But a simple vacuuming? Who doesn't do that? How does that make any sense? Really disappointed. And seeing as it took them 5.5 hours to clean my car, I'm not bringing it back like they suggested so they can vacuum them out. No thank you. I won't recommend this place, nor will I be back. UPDATE: I went to put the mats back down in my car because they told me to wait, and I found a bag of stuff they had to move from the glove box in front of the car in the trunk with a leaking a bottle of Febreeze. It ruined everything in the bag from donation receipts that I need for my taxes to my children's toys and more. This business really has absolutely zero respect for clients.

    Ryan jazzed up this 10 year old Mercedes with 32,000 miles on it. He painted the wheels and the grill work with a great copper color. The job was finished early so I made it home before snowfall. This car is now really a lot of fun and interest! These are good people who will quote you a reasonable price for a job well done.

I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

I couldn't be happier with my experience and will recommend Green Tech Auto Body to family, friends and anybody who asks.     Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

    All Danielle the Business Manager has done is confirm exactly what I said. They didn't fix my car…read moreright and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional.
