It was a super stressful drive and I thought I was going to have to write the car off as a total loss after Googling the cost of replacement (the individual parts can't be fixed). Well, it's hard enough to find a shop that knows hybrids AND will replace a transmission (the dude at the dealership couldn't even give me a quote), but they were also willing to do a used one, and at a reasonable price! Since then I've driven my car hundreds of miles around the desert (including up that grade to Yucca nearly every dang day) and now back to Portland and it drives beautifully. Thank you so much for your great work!

They were honest about what repairs were more urgent and what could safely wait, rather than making me feel like I needed to do everything at once. Really trustworthy, kind people and great service. I needed a smog check in a hurry, because I only had a few more days before my auto registration expires. I went to one shop that was closer to my home, however they could not do a smog check because they were backed-up with customers, and I was told to come back the next day. So I drove down the street hoping to find another smog check business. After driving about two miles, I spotted Noe's Auto Repair, and I saw several of their smog check signs before pulling into their shop. Though their shop had several cars in the work bays and the mechanics were working on them, I was just very surprised and pleased that one of the mechanics helped me right away, and all I had to do was go to the office to get the paperwork started. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to do the smog check, however they did it in about 15 minutes and I had my car back. Everyone that helped me here was very nice and friendly. I wish I had this type of outstanding wonderful customer service wherever I go. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend Noe's Auto Repair to anyone who needs a smog check. Though my car runs well and I have no problems with it, yet I look forward to bringing my car back here when I need an auto repair. Noe's Auto Repair, thank you for the excellent service.
