I've purchased two ATVS from here (both Honda's) and got a fair price for quality atvs. I have not run into any problems with them. Good service and they are willing to make a deal. Definitely nice guys to deal with and they have a pretty large inventory. We visited several shops in CT that were selling quads and this is where we decided to buy not just one, but two. My husband has been competing in track races around the northeast on the Honda 450 and he's super fast thanks to Super Fly :) Go check them out. This placed sold me a bike and I was told the bike was gone over and everything was good. A week after having the bike one of the spark plugs blew out of the head. I inspected the head and found the plug was held in with only one thread. I had to remove the engine from the bike to repair the head and I'm glad I did, In doing so, I found the drive chain had links that are ready to fall apart. That would of been great driving on the highway. No way was this bike services or even looked at before it was sold to me. I was told the bike came with a back seat but after paying for the bike, I was told to just go online and but one, very nice. I found so many issues with the bike while taking out the engine, this thing was a death trap. $8500 for the bike then another $900 in parts, thank god I can do the work myself. I don't have proof it was them or their employees so this is strictly based off of circumstantial evidence, but be very careful if you choose to buy from them. CROOKS. I brought my ATV in for two specific, very simple things. When I dropped it off I told the technician the ATV was working perfectly fine with the exception of these two items. When they called me to give me an update, they told me they investigated and fixed other things that I never asked for without checking with me first....and then they charged me for! Instead of it being a $160 job, they charged me close to $400. They also said they drained and filled my gas tank full with new gas. When I got home the tank was almost empty. I purchased a 2016 Can Am Renegade 1000 XMR from this "Dealership." The ad stated that it was "Like New" and "Needed nothing," this was far from true. I'm used to buying used things, I'm coming from a 2005 Kawasaki prairie with 5,500 miles on it, but for $10,200, I thought it would be at least clean. First thing is that the rear box was missing a handle, not a big deal, but needing nothing goes right out the window. Second thing is that it has 570 shocks on it, not the $1300 fox podium 1.5s that come STOCK ON IT. Where they are or who swapped them out, I don't know. Looking underneath I could see how much sand/mud/dirt was underneath it, so I pulled the plastics off, this revealed much more wrong with it. There was so much dirt and mud under it, they didn't even try to clean it and the exhaust pipes were caked in sand, that's really good for heat dissipation. Checked the coolant bottle, it was EMPTY. For $10,200 can't even check the fluid levels? Remember, this allegedly "needed nothing." Next, checked the oil, the level wasn't visible on the dipstick, nice. Fuse box clips were both BROKEN, I'm glad I checked this before I went through a hole and blew all the fuses from water getting in. The radiator was by far the worst, it was absolutely full of dirt/sand/mud. See front and rear photos, no wonder it overheated in 20 mins. Again, listed as "like new" and "needs nothing." I pulled the radiator and took it home to wash it out in my tub, please look at the photos of how much mud was in it. The entire bathtub was filled with dirt. This is absolutely ridiculous coming from a "dealership." I've never bought anything new, I understand used things will have bumps, bruises, cosmetics, etc. but all of the things I've listed could have easily been taken care of before being sold. This is disgraceful from a so called "dealership." Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, you're better off buying from a private party, they seem to take better care of their machines. I guess I wish I read the reviews on this place before I bought a quad here - looks like I am in a similar boat. I bought an Arctic Cat 650 V2 from these guys (yes, the one in my profile pic). Had my eye on it for some time. It was a little overpriced, but coming from a dealer I thought it was a better deal than risking Craigslist. Mechanically the quad is okay, but as other reviewers have mentioned, they don't service their machines before putting them on the lot. The air filter was disgusting, the oil hadn't been changed, there was a breather tube missing on the front differential, the brake pads were down to the metal on both front and rear, the thumb warmer doesn't work, the headlight switch is broken, the brake lines on the front were rubbing on the inside of the wheel, the right headlight had a broken tab, and so on. All of this I discovered over the course of a week or so. You might say I am nitpicking - but that is precisely my point - all of these are little things that would've required the dealer little to no cost to fix. You're a dealer - there is a higher level of expectation than some stranger off Craigslist that what you are selling is a quality machine. I unfortunately "discovered" the condition of the brake lines when I was going down a steep hill in the woods just a few days after I bought it when a brake line finally let go. Lost control and got sent over the handle bars. Luckily a tree stopped the quad from rolling on top of my face. After taking apart the quad I noticed the condition of the lines and pads. Since all of the brake lines go into a "metering block" and don't separate, I had to buy a whole new unit for $200. It's currently sitting apart in my garage as I type this. I don't expect the machines to be perfect, but it was advertised as "ready to ride" - and "fully serviced" - I should've probably done a little bit better job inspecting the machine before purchasing it, but I let the fact that it was a dealer get in the way of that. Honestly Superfly, it probably would've cost you $250 (including replacing the brake lines) to fully service this machine and get it up to snuff. Obviously it's less profit, but seeing all of the other 1 star reviews on here, it probably would've been money well spent. read more

I can not advise strong enough to avoid doing business with this business. They do things shady and very unethical. I left a $500.00 deposit which he (Jon the owner) said had to be made by Venmo. (There is a reason for that), because you have no recourse! We had an agreement that I was purchasing a Dirtbike from him only to find out that they have no Title for the bike. He claims he sells bikes all the time without Titles and said he will give me a Q1 bill of sale. It may be legal in CT, but I do not live in CT and I explained to him that I can not register the bike in my state without a title. So basically I can not legally ride the bike where I live as I can not prove I own it. The motor vehicle agency in my state requires a title to register and make it legal. I very politely explained this situation to the owner and asked him to return my deposit. He refunded me $400 of my $500 keeping $100 of my money as he said he could have sold the bike in the 3 days this whole issue transpired. Would anyone but a car without a title? No. I was not wrong, but he said this is normal practice for him and legal in CT. But I don't live in CT and I need a title as required by my state laws and by most states I imagine. It was not his money to keep. I think this is very poor business practice and it should be clear up front that he is selling vehicles that may not have proper documentation! Live and learn, but I've read lots of other complaints on this business so be very careful as they are very shady and do some very unethical things. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but in this situation he had to expect negative feedback after taking money for his dishonesty. Wrong, really wrong! (Check for roadworthiness and check bike for safety) DrRZ 400SM Supermoto mostly on road 1st experience 2 bolts fall off within 2 wks of part time riding (1 chain guard bolt on swing arm & 1 side cover rear and seat bolt) Scratched my painted rim. My other motorcycle had to go back twice because it was supposed to be fixed but would not run when I arrived. Figure everyone has a bad day 2nd experience same service, within a couple weeks. 100 mi or less Another bolt falls off (rear disc guard) Was told it wasn't something they removed, checked of corrected. Maybe working on your dirt bike this is acceptable. But working on a street bike traveling on 2 wheels, at speeds of 65 miles per hour, some care and concern should be taken when allowing a customer feel you have prepared a motorcycle for a safe season. Based on MY experience with Superfly, was horrible. I found a Used atv for sale originally on Facebook market place which was a lady selling from this company (over a few thousand $$)I had went a few times (2-3times)to take a look at the atv to be sure it was what I wanted for a Xmas gift for someone else . I had spoke with a older gentleman the first time taking a look at this atv, he ensured me the atv had new tires which it did, and that there was Nothing wrong with it at all, and that it was a " strong running, low mile atv",the second time I had dealt with a younger gentleman who was very helpful with information, started it up etc,The last time I had went (day of purchase) the older gentleman had the atv outside, dirty as can be as if it was been ridden for hours, he had a hard time getting it started in their lot, and the older gentleman finally gets it going then rudely walks away stating "I got it started, my job here is done" then proceeds to go inside.I bring it home expecting this Xmas gift to be perfect, sadly I was mistaken big time. The atv had a winch on the front with cable on it from probably 2003( which instantly broke loading it from their store), the battery was completely shot, some of the wiring goes to nothing and the starter was completely shot. Both battery and starter cost me an extra $ on top of the paper weight I had bought off this company. I would highly recommend never going here for anything used, I also would highly recommend never handing them over ca$h before fully seeing what your paying for. I will never recommend anyone here, no one should have to go through a similar experience as I did with this company, all the older gentleman wanted was his $$ and be done with the sale. read more

Went to purchase a trailer from Superfly Motorsports and dealt with the owner (Jonathan) and his Finance Manager (Steve). The deal felt weird as they had conflicting information on Facebook and what they were saying over the phone. One person said they were helping out a friend because they couldn't pay for the trailer and mowing equipment and the other was claiming they had a contract with a company to sell the merchandise. When speaking with both the owner and Steve they described the trailer as being clean and clear of any gouges or holes. I was traveling a long distance to purchase this trailer and confirmed multiple times. They replied no there are no imperfections besides a couple of scratches from trees. I said I would take the trailer and they asked for a $800 Venmo deposit to hold. I sent the deposit over and confirmed with Jon he received it and I was driving the next day to pick up. At that time Steve said they could give me a Bill of Sale blank so I could fill out and save myself money as long as I was paying cash on tax. I thought this was odd as this a dealer who sells goods in the State of Conn. and was enticing the deal by saving me money by not paying tax. He also claimed the previous owner left their NYS plate and I could utilize to transport. Again, very odd as the business owner is selling me a good with someone else's ownership and plate on the trailer. I decided to take the ride out the next day. After driving hours to the trailers location near Thomaston Connecticut (Superfly MotorSports LLC), I arrived to Jon the owner trying to clean out the equipment that was in the trailer. After walking around the trailer at first glimpse, the trailer had screw holes throughout (counting 26 and then losing count because there was so many), then to walk around the trailer and find a hole in the tailgate along with a gouge in the aluminum. I looked at Jon the owner and said this clean? His reply was whelp it's used throwing his hands up and running away into the garage. Steve then comes walking out with a cigarette and I ask him the same questions. His reply is Oh boy I'm sorry I didn't see the holes all over, reminding him there are over 26 holes. Also reminding him of my conversations with himself and Jon the owner confirming there were no gouges or holes. He said he didn't see them. I then asked what they were going to do for me and he replied nothing, it's a used trailer. I was astonished as I said to them you have this listed online as clean and confirmed multiple times with them about the condition before giving a deposit. The owner then claimed he has a contract with the owner and can't haggle on price. Never heard of such a thing. Also, they tried to sell me another trailer that was damaged and they also have that listed as brand new and do not disclose it was damaged. This business is a true scam and should be reviewed by The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services. Reading their past reviews by other consumers is alarming and I should have reviewed this before making a commitment to scammers. I will be taking the time to share my thoughts with the Better Business Bureau along with the IRS Ct.gov of my interaction and dialogue of the business owner and finance manager trying to hide tax revenue and demanding cash only. I have a picture of the NYS license plate of the trailer, vin#'s of all the scag mower equipment, trailer and back pack blowers. I will forward along to proper organizations to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again. I would strongly advise against doing business with this owner through Facebook and their own online marketing. this company sold my friend a motorcycle that was "fully serviced" and ready to go.the bike was delivered and the blinkers were cracked from the tie downs which wasnt noticed until days later. there was no warranty given on the bike which is very rare from a dealer in ct. later after careful inspection this company sold my friend a motorcyle with a Plugged tire!?! im pretty sure thats illegal for a "dealer" to sell a motorcycle with a plugged tire. so here comes the best part about superfly motorsports full service on the bike. it was never done! as superfly wouldnt let my friend test drive the bike, he couldnt see how it ran. let alone my friend had his motorcycle endorsement and cash on the table thats strange that he couldnt test drive a bike w cash on the table. anyway after getting the bike home and taking it out it seemed to almost choke out at low rpms while riding. so now after buying a bike for more than 5000 dollars my friend had the bike looked at by a reputable shop and found the bike was indeed never "servi ed" . plugs were fouled out, oil was black as night , and the air filter was soo clogged with junk it couldnt even be cleaned. so now 400$ later for a full service that was supposed to be done before the bike was delivered, a new rear tire for 200$ and a new air filter, the bike is running great. i would never recommend superfly to anyone ever based on the lies they told to make a sale to my friend. as well as improperly tieing down the bike which caused damage, not allowing a test ride with cAsh on the table and just terrible business practice. read more

Unfortunately the other bad reviews listed below are probably correct. I purchased an ATV from them and had it delivered to my home. The ATV had a windshield when I purchased it but upon delivery at my home the windshield was missing, although the mounting hardware was still there. The explanation I received from them was that the windshield must have blown off during transport and they would just send me a new one in the mail. It has been over a month and I have left several messages without a response from anyone there. Luckily for me it is only a windshield but what if there was something wrong mechanically like some of the other reviews below indicate. I'd be stuck with a broken ATV and I'd get no help from Superfly Motorsports. How an establishment handles their customers after the sale really gives you a good idea of what type of operation they run. It has been my experience that once the vehicle was in my possession and they had their money; they were done with me and any promises they made no longer mattered. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would stay away from this place. The idea that you are buying from a reputable dealer is false as well. They offer NO WARRANTY with their vehicles but claim that they stand behind everything they sell. I highly doubt that considering they wouldn't even return my phone call over something as simple as a missing windshield, which they lost. They also claim that they run all of their vehicles through the shop to ensure that everything is good before they sell it. This too is false as when I finally took my first ride the ATV pulled hard to the right. I found the tire pressure very low on the right front tire so I adjusted it and no more pulling. It has been a month and the tire hasn't leaked any air so it and was obviously just never checked by them to begin with. If they didn't even adjust the tire pressures I doubt they did anything else when they "claimed" they check it over. As the other reviews indicate they do not let you test drive any of their vehicles beforehand so you don't really know what you're getting before you buy. Does it shift right? Are there any unusual rattles, knocks or squeals at various speeds? You simply won't know and as they have demonstrated to me and some other buyers after the sale you are on your own and they want nothing to do with you. Although I like my ATV I would never have brought it from Superfly Motorsports if I knew that they were the type of establishment that turns their back on their customers once they get paid!!! I was not informed what was being done to my machine, I had asked them to check the electical system. After two weeks I went to pick it up, I found it had been taken apart and not put back together. It had no anti-freeze, no oil and the gaskets and nuts and bolts were missing. If I had been informed about what was being done I would have had it put back correctly. I would not recomend. read more
