We started our discussions with Keith by phone and he was great at answering our questions. This was a 6-month decision process for us so we called several times. We even considered and visited a competitor only because it was very close to our home. That was a mistake because nothing offered to us felt true and soured us on the purchase for a while. When we arrived at Sports Cycles this month prepared to buy we were paired with Jimbo. First and foremost he offered a tremendous amount of integrity to the process and a focus on making sure we were satisfied buyers. An experience not as prevalent in the world today but one you want when making a big purchase from strangers. No hidden fees or creative sales practices. I recently bought another motorcycle from Sports Cycles (my 3rd overall). About 12 years ago, I bought from here and was impressed with the no-pressure service. So, here I am again, heading to the only dealership that didn't pester or hover me as I looked around. Then allowed me to sit, crank, inspect, etc any bike I was interested in. They were open and honest about the price (no add-on pricing like dealership fees, delivery fees, etc - just the bike plus tax/registration) and the finance person actually contacted several different banks/finance operations they use to get me a better deal. (Thank you!) So, it's worth the drive (I live about an hour away and have several dealerships much closer) just to have no-pressure sales with nasty add-on fees. Wow where do I start. First, I live in Florida and I found my husband's dream bike online and called Sport Cycles. I spoke with the general manager, Bryan, who sounded extremely professional, knowledgeable, did not use any gimmicky language and so forth. The bike was priced $1,000 cheaper than any dealer within a 500 mile radius of us. Even still, I was able to negotiate with him and what I appreciated was not the willingness to talk about price but instead the fact that he responded promptly and without the typical game of talking the client down / justifying the price. After the price conversation, he began to go into great detail regarding the bike, the history, how they came into possession, his personal riding experience on this bike and so forth. The conversation transitioned to Bryan being willing to hold the bike for $100 while we drove there in 3 days. To my surprise, an hour later we get a great video of the bike which he starts up and completes a walk around. Candidly, the bike was impeccable for being 6 years old. Later that week we drove to the dealership and what do you know.. the bike is there with a sold sticker as promised. There were no hard pressure sales/hovering and we were greeted and put into the capable hands of the GM. He brought us to the bike and went over all the pertinent details and answered all my questions. He then brought us to an administrative personnel who completed the paperwork in about two minutes. Prior to leaving Bryan shared he would follow up with us on Presidents' Day to make sure we got home safely. My husband has purchased over 15 vehicles and 3 motorcycles and has never had such a great experience. I sincerely hope the best for these guys and will be a forever client. We bought a Kawasaki a month ago. This shop has had it for 2 weeks because of an issue our type of kawasaki has been having where the snap rings come off. We had to wait for the part to come in. We got a call saying it would be ready today went up there at 2:30pm we spoke to them they said they would start working on it at 3pm. We just left because all the mechanics are standing around smoking or talking and riding four wheelers around the parking lot. We were told they probably wouldn't be able to get to it today because of the weather. People were wanting to go home. They haven't even taken it inside to work on it. The service was terrible. Said they might try to get it done by Tuesday. It's a simple fix. Just do your job and quit playing. read more

Bought a brand new 2023 Polaris sportsman 450 because my wife and I didn't want to deal with the troubles from a used ragged out bike. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now because this is the fourth time bringing it back because it's broke. We live more than an hour from here. I have to take off work each time I come. This dealership acts like it's no big deal and have yet talked to a manager. I've expressed my concerns with the service guys at desk and they blow me off. This bike is a lemon. I asked the guy at desk why don't they just buy it back. He laughed. This dealership doesn't care about your time. Buy it then they are done with you. I understand they didn't make the bike it's Polaris bad bike but you sold it to me you should be fighting with Polaris on my behalf. Four brake switch. Might be third I can't remember. I told the guy the brakes are squeaking and winning he said all of them do that. Nope not true. Maybe you will have a better experience here but from what we can see they don't care. read more

Keith Covington was our sales and took us through the whole process..we haul freight with our Hotshot company and as we pass dealerships we have stopped in several states and Sport Cycles hands down between NC, SC have the best deals. We were totally undecided on what we wanted we came in looked went home researched 2 days then went back applied and were called within an hour with approval...hitched our trailer went back to dealership they already pulled the side by side to the front as we pulled up, we thought it would take maybe a week or more to get what we ordered..NOPE.. all in one day they pulled it from the distribution center and had all our assessories we ordered installed within our 1 hour trip back. I recently purchased a 2018 Kawasaki Mule PRO FXT Ranch Edition from Bryan at Sport Cycles and I couldn't be any happier with my experience. While I have a Kawasaki dealership less than five miles from my house, Bryan was able to save me more than $2,000 and, as a result, I was able to get the model I wanted versus the base model that my local dealer quoted for the same price. I drove over three hours one way and it was totally worth the drive! It's worth noting that the price Bryan quoted to me over the phone during our very first conversation was the amount that I paid on the day that I picked up my machine - his price was so reasonable, I didn't feel the need to haggle (again, it was $2K less than my local dealer).
