DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I purchased a four-wheeler from B Powersports in Wilmington almost a year ago, and it has been a complete nightmare. I've had to bring it back multiple times for the same issue, and it has never been fixed or properly addressed. Every time they say it's repaired, I get it back with the same problem still there. I've even provided videos showing exactly what's wrong, but they still claim nothing is wrong. The staff act very unprofessional and seem completely unqualified to do repairs. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. read more

I purchased a boat from Wilmington Powersports in early September of 2025 and to this date, Jan 8 2026, have not received my plates or registration. I've called multiple times and when they answer, which isn't often, I have always gotten a run around, with the latest being that my items were lost by USPS. The sales manager Dameon Jernigan has been made aware of the situation by his salesman that I've been in touch with and I haven't heard a word from him. You'd think for the sake of the business and low reviews like this one that the attempt would be made to at least keep the customer in the loop as to what is happening or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. Tried my hardest to buy local and support local businesses as I am a local business owner as well, unfortunately, this particular dealership would rather charge a couple thousand dollars over manufacturers suggested retail value with no negotiating, I was a cash customer that should've been an easy sale for this particular location to move with no financing obstacles, instead I drove 2 1/2 hours to save $2000 and support a family owned business in Albemarle North Carolina. My 2015 Waverunner VX Cruiser had some issues, which seemed to indicate that I needed a new impeller/pump. Paul, the service manager, reviewed the repair and my comments when I dropped off the machine and determined that it wasn't necessary, and that the issue was really caused by a fouled sparkplug. I bought 2 jet ski's from an individual that bought them new from Wilmington Power Sports. Before I bought them the service manager at Wilmington Power Sports told me the 2 machines needed a total of under $2000 repair ($2000 repair total for both machines, not each machine). He also told me the Blue Book value was approx $3800 for each machine. After I bought them the same service manager increased the repair cost to over $3500 each. He refused to stand behind his word. I got the owner of the shop involved. All the owner said was "sorry". These people do not return calls and they do not deal in an honorable manner. I will never do business with them again read more

Brought my Sea Doo to have an oil pressure switch checked, they found an error with iBR, 5 weeks later... still don't have my ski, and cannot get an answer from these guys. If you want service, this is not the place to get it. Horrible with getting answers to you, and always tell you that you need to talk to someone else. Run. Around. With that said, only one worth anything here is the service manager... he has off, and nothing gets done. read more

I get all my parts, riding gear and supplies from Wilmington Powersports. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always take time to understand what I need and help fit me and my two boys. The mechanical service is excellent and affordable. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I am unlikely to do business with Wilmington PowerSports again. I purchased a WaveRunner here in August. I recently brought the unit back for the first oil change/service and general checkup. When I dropped the unit off I signed a service estimate for an oil change/10hr service. The estimate was approximately $237.00. When I arrived to pick the unit up I was told that my total was significantly more. I asked about the difference and was told that "they forgot to add the oil to the estimate". How does oil get missed on an estimate for an oil change? I'm not implying any impropriety I just expected transparency especially on a simple service with set parts and time standards. read more

**Update** After I posted my review on facebook they called and said they would not service the Polaris that I purchased from them for $14000.00. When I went to pick it up I had a video rolling on my phone . The salesperson that I purchased it from said they were going to charge me for cleaning because it had mod all over the filter and drain plugs. I asked him to show me this and I took a video of us looking at it. There was no mud on the filter or the drain plugs. They just didnt want to take the time to clean it at all. Even when I said I would pay the $75. I also have the salesperson on video stating that they could not longer service it because I posted a bad review on Facebook. I guess they only allow good reviews . I guess I should have purchased a Yamaha **Update- They called me after I got to work and said that now it would be $100 to clean it. I guess since I decided not to buy the accessories they are charging more to clean it. These are real stand up guys! The Sales department was great when I bought my new 2015 Polaris Ranger 4 door . I took it back today to get the first service. I spent an hour inside order $1000 worth of accessories and when i went to unload it from my truck one of the members of the service department told me that i need to take it and clean it at the car wash. I explained to him that i had cleaned the front end and motor but i was running late for work. He said that it wasnt clean enough and that they were going to charge me $75 to finish cleaning the mud off of it. $75 to wash the mud off with a water hose for a customer that just spent $15000 with them?. This is not a BMW dealership! It is an ATV service center. ATVs get muddy. Yes I did not clean it entirely and I told the service writer when I was writing it up that they would have had to clean underneath the back end . I thought they may charge me $20 or so but not $75 to wash it off. That it ridiculous . I asked them to only do the recommended service and cancel the accessories. I hope the $75 they charge me for cleaning it is worth losing the money I would have spent with them. Make sure you clean your ATV before taking it to Wilmington Power Sports. read more
