    My beauty in its new habitat.

    I bought a used Ducati Multistrada V4 S, put a couple thousand miles on it in a short few weeks and then noticed that the front forks were leaking oil. Taylor at Redline told me they would take care of it. They picked up the bike and completely rebuilt the forks with the needed new seals. In the end Redline absorbed nearly $1,000 in labor to make things right. Could not be happier with the service and the bike!

I had never bought a four wheeler ever in my life. Did not know what I was doing. The four wheeler has been awesome. My grandson has used it three or four times a week every week since loves it. For Christmas, I just bought him a new one from them this gas powered. It too has run flawlessly thus far. The guys at big toy superstore are awesome!!! Spoke directly to owner, Ken, who refused to help. Didn't even care to talk about the work done by his mechanic, Miguel. Then blocked on social media when leaving reviews. This is the type of experience you should expect going on this place. Buyer be warned, this place will take your money and send you on your way. I wish I read the reviews left by others. The only shop I've been to where you literally have to check behind every step they do. And won't fix errors made by their staff for free. Save your time and money and go to a real powersports store that doesn't sell cheap, Chinese bikes. Or has owners who care about the quality of the work they do.

    DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I purchased a four-wheeler from B…read morePowersports in Wilmington almost a year ago, and it has been a complete nightmare. I've had to bring it back multiple times for the same issue, and it has never been fixed or properly addressed. Every time they say it's repaired, I get it back with the same problem still there. I've even provided videos showing exactly what's wrong, but they still claim nothing is wrong. The staff act very unprofessional and seem completely unqualified to do repairs. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I've called multiple times and when they answer, which isn't often, I have always gotten a run around, with the latest being that my items were lost by USPS. The sales manager Dameon Jernigan has been made aware of the situation by his salesman that I've been in touch with and I haven't heard a word from him. You'd think for the sake of the business and low reviews like this one that the attempt would be made to at least keep the customer in the loop as to what is happening or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. I'd take my business elsewhere if I could.

I have never experienced more professional, courteous, or friendly treatment! Special Kudos go to Greg Casey, the sales professional, without whom, I would not have driven the extra 80 miles to North Charleston. (There is another BMW Dealer that is 80 miles closer to me). I gave specifications for my ideal BMW to both dealerships, color, options, what I wanted and what I didn't want, figuring no one would be able to find one like that. In less than 48 hours, Greg responded with EXACTLY what I specified, including a picture of the bike I wanted! When we spoke, he offered to go get the bike and bring it to N. Charleston. I was going through a very hectic time, going on my spring ride to Kentucky, dealing with a new promotion and position at work and time was of not there. To him this was no problem, giving me all the time I needed to get my crap together and held the bike for me (with a deposit, of course) until I had time to get there and consummate the transaction!!! WOW!!! THAT, people, is OUTSTANDING! When I got there, the bike was in the showroom, with my name on it, all nice and shiny. The entire sales department greeted me at the door, as if I were an old friend! The entire process was done in a timely manner and all was explained step by step. What a pleasure.     I called and made an appointment for a service on my Sea Doo jet ski a week in advance. I get there…read moreon Saturday April 25 2026 and my appointment is not in the system. I have to give all my information again and was told they would not get to it today since the technician is out. No problem...I was told to leave it out front and that it would stay there for 5 minutes as they would move it to a more secure location. I left and came back two hours later. My ski is in the same location. I hooked it up to my truck and as I'm leaving I call the service advisor Bryce to let him know that I am canceling my appointment and taking my jet ski. His response is ok. I told him I'm taking this ski and no one even stopped to asked me what the hell am I doing. Bryce never comes out of the building.
