I would not rate them at all . They Really are not professional at all. My husband and I was down there for a Myrtle Beach bike week October 1, 2025 , and we went to Myrtle Beach Harley Davison, and my husband needed a part and they told him they had the part. they ask him what year his bike was and he told him it was a 2017 Street Glide . The guy ask did he want them to put it on and my husband said no that he was going to do it when we got back home . So the guy goes to get the part and come back and ask again what year his bike is . So huband tells him aging so guy said ok comes back and said yes we have it but we can't sell it to you unless we Install it . My husband said what ? the guy we may need it if someone comes in and needs one put on we will have it for them . So we can't sell it to you . Unless we Install it for you So our friend went to the counter and said I can't believe you just told him you can't sell him apart because he doesn't want y'all to install it for him . so we left . And went to the other Harley Davidson . The one called at the Beach so he goes in there the lady in there told him that she didn't have any but had one at her other store . my husband said so your store and that store are sisters and she said yes . So he told her the story . About they would not sell it to him . So she goes and calls the other store and come back and saids I got one I can overnight it but it will cost you $30.00 dollars for me to do that . My husband said told her I don't think so . he said if you can over night one . then why can't y'all overnight one if y'all need it .instead of trying to make me pay for overnighting it . so my husband call another Harley dealer and come to find out the owner to the Myrtle Beach one and the one called at the beach was there and he told my husband to go back there to the Mrytel Beach and speak to the general manager, so he went and spoke to the general manager of Harley Davidson Myrtle Beach. she called my husband and our friend a liar and said that he did not talk to owner of the store and my husband played her the message the own left him on his phone so then she trJed to tell my husband that the owner of the store was standing by the door with the police officer so my husband said well tell him to come over here then and she wouldn't do it . And she said that the lady at the other store did not tell him that she could overnight one for $30 and I was standing right there . so she got pissed and told my husband that she was gonna make the guy sell him the part . So my husband let her get everything set up for him to buy the part and after she got everything set up to buy the part, he told her never mind. He didn't want the part . that he would never be back in again. She said she didn't care and he said he was going to call corporate and she said she didn't care who he called . So you know we have never never had any problems with any Harley dealers but I can promise one thing I will never step foot back in that Mrytel Beach dealer again I don't even want to say they are a Harley Davidson dealer . They where rude. very wrong. They're not professional at all. He called other dealers. which we did and ask them if they would sell parts during a bike week to people that don't need them to install them. they said they would never have a problem selling a part on any bike week days and no they don't have to Install. you can just buy it .they would sell it to you with no problem even if it was the last one . but Myrtle Beach and the one called at the beach never again will they have our business ! This store is tiny and they have a very limited selection of clothing and accessories. They don't have any patches so if you're like me and just trying to get a patch from your vacation to Myrtle you're going to have to go to a dealership. The staff was pretty invested in a conversation with a friend or something in the store so I can see the other's review's also being accurate. read more

I have never been treated so rudely as I was treated by Tony. I walked into the store looking for something specific, he did not greet me, stood there staring at me. I was very uncomfortable at a strange man staring at me and then saw his name tag and realized he worked there. I proceeded to ask him if they carried a tee shirt with a specific screen print( I was replacing one that was lost) he literally laughed at me when I asked saying they don't have items longer than 2 weeks before they send them off. He then proceeded to walk away. There are plenty of other Harley stores in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid this one. read more

Was greeted super friendly upon entering the store. Found a great T-shirt. Friendly staff.

My wife and I live in Myrtle Beach and wanted to get some one new Harley Davidson attire. We were walking around and noticed on several instances that we were being followed throughout the store by one of the employees. This made us feel "Extremely Uncomfortable", like we were trying to steel something. So we left and went to another Harley Davidson Store where were were treated as a guest and we purchased several new items. We will not ever return to the Broadway At The Beach location !! I am so disgusted with how Tony treated me and other people. I love traveling and love to visit Harley Davidson shops all over the country and I am always treated with love and respect. But this shop is a different story. Tony was not only disrespectful to my children and I, he was very rude and short to multiple customers. Everyone has off days but that's no need to take it out on anyone else. Tony has failed to represent Harley Davidson shops in a well manner. Truly disgusted with his attitude. I have seen other bad reviews on him and hopefully something will change. I hope Tony realizes his words and actions have consequences and affect other people. read more

Friendly service from Myrtle Beach Harley, awesome selection and knowledgeable staff.

We went in to blow 500.00 on attire and was treated rude, ignored or had very little help to offer us. Both people we talked to were as much help as the other. We will not shop there again. All the people in there with us had the same experience. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars worst excuse for a Harley-Davidson shop I have ever been too. This guy stood at the counter staring us down the entire time we were there and had a girl follow us around. They were rude when I asked about a shirt I was interested in. We have been to more Harley-Davidson stores all over from New York to New Orleans, more than I can count.this is the only one I will never go back to. We just bought a brand new road king and have 1000s of dollars in merchandise. And regardless of that no one should ever be treated this way. read more

I will NEVER shop here again. I live in Myrtle Beach and I spent $200 on birthday gifts for my dad (who lives in Florida), assuming if he didn't like something, I would be able to return the gifts with the receipt, with tags, and within 30 days. I wanted to return a couple things that my dad didn't want and I went in within 30 days, with my receipt, and with tags on, and they refused to return the items. Not only would they not give my money back, they would give me store credit for THEIR store. So I could not even get store credit and give it to my dad to use in Florida. I don't have a Harley and I don't want to purchase anything else from this store. This policy is absolutely rediculous and I will never, ever purchase anything from any Harley ever again. read more
