They picked up the Bike yesterday and I am a half hour away from the dealership so this is a significant gesture. I will update again once I have the motorcycle back I will make a final updated rating. I brought a 2006 Kawasaki 250 KLX in for new tires, plugs and an oil change. I was quoted $600 to $650. It seemed a bit steep but at $165 an hour labor charge the math seemed about right. I just got the bike back and now there is a fuel leak evidenced by the drips below the bike and the smell. In addition, there is a bolt that was left off and put in the saddle bag without informing me or any explanation. And to top it all off my total bill out the door was over $1022 after an estimate of 600 to $650. 57% over estimate seems like a problem to me.

I called and was told bring it on. After arriving and completing the paperwork, Nick the mechanic walked in to turn in completed paperwork for another bike. Don the service manager took Nick out to take a quick look, and then they pushed my bike into the shop & onto the lift. About 24 minutes later they turned the bike back to me fixed. Total charge, about $60. Their honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction was refreshing. I was worried I had blown the clutch, but it just needed to be readjusted. The lock nut had come loose and the adjustment screw was jammed. These guys are the best! Great service, dedication to customer satisfaction, and honesty are their trademark!

I would not rate them at all . They Really are not professional at all. My husband and I was down…read morethere for a Myrtle Beach bike week October 1, 2025 , and we went to Myrtle Beach Harley Davison, and my husband needed a part and they told him they had the part. they ask him what year his bike was and he told him it was a 2017 Street Glide . The guy ask did he want them to put it on and my husband said no that he was going to do it when we got back home . So the guy goes to get the part and come back and ask again what year his bike is . So huband tells him aging so guy said ok comes back and said yes we have it but we can't sell it to you unless we Install it . My husband said what ? the guy we may need it if someone comes in and needs one put on we will have it for them . So we can't sell it to you . Unless we Install it for you So our friend went to the counter and said I can't believe you just told him you can't sell him apart because he doesn't want y'all to install it for him . so we left . And went to the other Harley Davidson . The one called at the Beach so he goes in there the lady in there told him that she didn't have any but had one at her other store . my husband said so your store and that store are sisters and she said yes . So he told her the story . About they would not sell it to him . So she goes and calls the other store and come back and saids I got one I can overnight it but it will cost you $30.00 dollars for me to do that . My husband said told her I don't think so . he said if you can over night one . then why can't y'all overnight one if y'all need it .instead of trying to make me pay for overnighting it . so my husband call another Harley dealer and come to find out the owner to the Myrtle Beach one and the one called at the beach was there and he told my husband to go back there to the Mrytel Beach and speak to the general manager, so he went and spoke to the general manager of Harley Davidson Myrtle Beach. she called my husband and our friend a liar and said that he did not talk to owner of the store and my husband played her the message the own left him on his phone so then she trJed to tell my husband that the owner of the store was standing by the door with the police officer so my husband said well tell him to come over here then and she wouldn't do it . And she said that the lady at the other store did not tell him that she could overnight one for $30 and I was standing right there . so she got pissed and told my husband that she was gonna make the guy sell him the part . So my husband let her get everything set up for him to buy the part and after she got everything set up to buy the part, he told her never mind. He didn't want the part . that he would never be back in again. She said she didn't care and he said he was going to call corporate and she said she didn't care who he called . So you know we have never never had any problems with any Harley dealers but I can promise one thing I will never step foot back in that Mrytel Beach dealer again I don't even want to say they are a Harley Davidson dealer . They where rude. very wrong. They're not professional at all. He called other dealers. which we did and ask them if they would sell parts during a bike week to people that don't need them to install them. they said they would never have a problem selling a part on any bike week days and no they don't have to Install. you can just buy it .they would sell it to you with no problem even if it was the last one . but Myrtle Beach and the one called at the beach never again will they have our business ! THATS A PROMES . And here my Name Michele !

Pretty average Harley dealer. I don't believe they have the best deals here on motor clothes or…read moreaccessories. I've never seen anything here on sale or clearance, everything is just full price all the time. Staff is not well informed or trained on Harley products. I asked which weeks would be bike weeks this year and no one knew...had to Google it myself. You would think that the biggest and most busy weeks they have, the staff would know about it. This is the main dealership. They have a few other boutique shops in the area. Average selection of bikes here. Prices were not displayed on bikes leading me to believe that again, they want a premium price. Dealerships that want to move bikes tend to post the prices on the bikes and website, this dealer does neither--it's all "call for a price." When I was here last in September for Fall Bike Week...it was pretty damn weak. There was literally nothing going on at the dealer but a bikini bike wash. No vendors. No special events. Nothing. It's almost as if this dealer has nothing to do with Myrtle Beach Bike Week....I honestly believe it's something the city sets up.
