I cannot stress how delightful that is, especially in the summer. There's an area of musical instruments, which I've seen at a handful of other playgrounds, but, again, it's in pretty great shape here. The sand area is relatively clean. At least for now! It's also close to downtown in case you have any errands you need to do on your way.

I would suggest that parents definitely watch smaller kids on some of the structures so they don't hurt themselves. There's a structure with rolling pieces and I would definitely see a kid falling and hurting themselves or getting a finger pinched while moving across. The swingset has swings for different stages and abilities which I love. People form the community gave back to build this wonderful park and it's a great addition to the neighborhood. Be careful walking across the street. The multiple stop signs make drivers impatient and they speed up almost as if to scare you out of the way, despite rushing to another stop sign.

There are benches throughout, a reasonable amount of geese (not too much poop throughout), picnic tables, a pavilion, a dog park if you desire, turtles, fish and it's all simple to walk. It's flat with everything centered around the pond. There are trees for shade, plus plenty of sun. It's always been a great time here. Take a couple loops around the pond, sit, relax, you'll go home refreshed. There's a small walkout deck that could be ideal for fishing. I've seen sunnies, but imagine other fish dwell here too. Joggers, walkers, dog walkers, thinkers...many come here and take it all in, yet it never feels crowded. Enjoy and...just watch out for the patches of poison ivy!

This is a nice smaller park located upon Garamound. They have a pond a big walking area they even…read morehave a skate park, Which not many parts have. There is even a water park if you want to call it that that little kids can play in in the summertime. In fact the Waterpark part of it is just closed for the fall,winter whatever you want to call it. There are two small parking lots at the top which seem to have enough spaces most of the time for visitors. There are several areas with picnic tables that you can eat her which is very nice. And they have a field. Many people don't know that if you walk around the back of the pond and follow the trail up into the woods there are even more picnic tables And if you go up even higher there are actually tennis courts up on top that you can access also from another road on top if you don't feel like walking that much. The pond is not the cleanest however and I really could use a little more maintenance on the area.

It was very clean and somewhere I'd want to bring my kids. The cleanliness of a park is super important for children safety. While this place is a much smaller park, it is perfect for a more intimate and quick place to come. I can deff see myself coming back here for a walk with my pup and in the future when I have children if my own. The area this park is in is also a beautiful & quiet town with a lot near by. Nice area to play baseball and kids friendly playground that clearly states that parents must be supervising the kiddies at all times . There is a elementary school steps from the park which is closed now due to the coronavirus mess which explains no little brats running around. Not a big park but it's spacious enough for folks to bring the kids , play a little baseball , have a no grilling picnic or just enjoy being outdoors when weather permits .

A beautifully landscaped garden and ball field. The baseball field has 2 sets of 60+ person sitting bleachers, well lit night lights and pitchers pen. Plenty of park benches and trash cans for having bday parties. Also Built in BBQ pits. Parking is free and very conveniently accessible with over 120 spots, with RV parking. Public bathrooms are available and opened and cleaned daily. There are 2 massive playgrounds available for all ages. One is located next to the park benches and BBQ puts and the other right behind the ball field. My daughter and I had an amazing time at cedar grove community park. Very clean and safe atmosphere.
