I go to Natalia every time for my haircuts. She's just wonderful! Always pleasent and always consistent! She spends alot of time, she listens to me and I never been more satisfied! She checks every section to make sure its even! She's as sweet as can be and has a gentle touch! You can tell she loves what she does! She reminds me of me when I was young and a hairdresser. I have given this place one star and that's because there was a Subway restaurant next door that helped me deal with horrible haircut I got from this super(butcher)cuts. Please do not go here if you like the way you look or have any concerns about your hair. This is a great place for people entering the army or anyone looking to just shave their head. The person that cut my hair was a large girl who's station was on the right, first or second station. She asked me what I wanted and I told here finger length she then took the clippers and destroyed the right side of my hair then asked if it was ok. When I replied that I thought it was too short she proceed to cut the other side leaving me with two different lengths. The rest of the haircut was equally horrible leaving the back of my hair longer than the top. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! I am going to try and get my money back just because they should really fire that stylist. read more

I usually go to the other Victor location but the wait time was too long (I was on my lunch break). I checked in early online so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. When I walked in, two boys were just sitting down for their cuts. As far as I could see, there was two stylists on. Usually not a problem to wait, but I informed one of the stylists that I was on break and I had checked in early. She didn't seem to care too much. But men's cuts don't take long. I was in a chair within ten-fifteen minutes. The stylist that cut my hair didn't care about how I wanted my hair cut (technique so my thick hair doesn't poof out). Every time I tried chatting her, she scoffed and mumbled an answer. Just disappointed it couldn't have been a better experience. I get what I pay for. read more

Terrible hair cut. Could not have done it worse myself if blindfolded and used safety scissors. Not only was the style of the hair cut explicitly against what I asked for, but what ever this woman chose to do instead looks like absolute crap. The "stylist" was named Courtney. Oh, and she and the other associate working there were exchanging rude passive aggressive remarks to one another while I, the customer was getting the cut. Very unprofessional, very bad. I went to this location for the first time with my son. She immediately shaved one side of his head. When I expressed an opinion that she had cut it too short she literally ignored me and kept shaving. The other "stylist" literally starting berating me for expressing my opinion and shouted, "My son is the same age and he loves his haircut." She kept interjecting herself in the conversation between me and my son. Both stylists were breathtakingly rude. My son's haircut was horrible. Also, the cost is no longer that reasonable. Don't go there. My haircut was done in literally under ten minutes. I had chunks of longer hair dispersed on the top. The back hairline was lower than I've ever gotten in my life, almost down to the collar. For what it is worth, they were friendly and personable. I feel partly to blame because I didn't check the cut enough before I left. read more

Went in and asked for 3 inches off of my hair straight across with a face frame. Went out and my mom made me go back in because one side was longer than the other. She "fixed it". Went home and straightened my hair and this is the outcome. I called and complained and made another appt to fix my hair but didn't want to make the drive for someone to mess it up even more. Went and got it fixed elsewhere. Very disappointed because I have never had an issue here. But I do have to say the stylist was more interested with what song was playing on the radio and helping the other stylist find items in the shop than my hair. read more

I use the Supercuts in Victor, NY, 8000 Victor Pittsford Rd....Rt 96. My stylist Josh was fantastic!! The time and precision he put into my cut and dry was great. He is a lovely young man, very good at his job, personable, professional and talented. I've used Supercuts for about 10 years after using nothing but a high end salon for more than 25 years. The services and products are great, I feel bad for people that have had bad luck at their salons....but the one in Victor has always had wonderful stylists! read more

I recently went in to get a trim, I came in with hair down to my shoulders, I expressed that I didn't want to take a lot off as that I just wanted to clean up the dead end and get the sides of my head cut down a bit. The person cutting my hair reviews what the plan was and that they were going to go down from a 5 to a 3, but the result was my sides being completely shaven down to 3 with out any fading. Then the part that I'm most upset with; we discussed that I need to be able to tie my hair back for my work, and that I didn't want to lose any more length than I had to. When everything was finished I left with hair when draped to the side barely covers my ears and can no longer put my hair up, they then tried to sell me product to slick my hair back. I have tried this location a few times in the past but ever since I've started growing my hair to be longer they have no idea how to cut long hair on men, if you want a short hair cut this is a decent place to go, but if you have longer hair this is not the place to go. read more

I went to supercuts in Victor 2 months ago and the door was locked, sign said call to be let in. All I wanted was to buy hair gel so I called even though they saw me outside. I had to wear a mask totally OK, I had to have my temp taken and give my info. OK. Went there again Sept 2 and it was raining also I had a mask on again they watched me fumble for my phone to call while they saw me standing there on my phone. Mind you we can go into bars and restaurants but I have to stand in the rain to call to get in to get hair gel. When she let me in I asked why are you still doing this? She was really rude and said it's policy. I went to supercuts in henrietta on the Sept 5th and the door was unlocked and I was able to go right in. She was nice and pleasant. I will never go back to supercuts in Victor. They were closed during most of the worst of the pandemic I worked every day I don't need or want her attitude. Someone should look into why there policy is different from store to store. Never again read more
