The chairs at the bowl are very comfortable (no neck strain, ever!) and the heating element is mobile and comfortable to sit under. The booking process is also very clear and easy to use. My main stylist is Emily who is also the owner of the salon. I have been wanting to color my hair for a while & discussed a ton of different color options. We settled on reds & orange. For months before my appointment I shared inspo pics with her & she shared comments & suggestions. During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. Not only did I learn from my appointment but she also took video & shared it so others could learn from it. I also had an appointment with her where I cut over 12 inches of hair off!! Once I got to the counter and asked the clerk they said " oh that promotion ended yesterday". When I brought the person to the display she looked it up and said they don't carry minis. Very disappointed. I also tried to return an item with another employee, but it was too late to return. The clerk never looked at me, I complimented their hair, they said they just got it done. I could not tell you the persons eye color because they kept their head down, didn't engage and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Then it was the bride's turn. Although she went in previously for a test run (which went well and she was very pleased!) the stylist decided to try something new which was not what she wanted. We ended up redoing her hair later. The 2 other stylists were focused and did a good job on the other girls hair (pretty side braids and all!). When it was my turn I asked for a SIMPLE low bun. The stylist decided to "do her own design" which ended up being a total nightmare. She complained that my hair was too thick and that she could not pin it back the way I wanted. I ended up looking like a Victorian grandmother and was horrified to say the least. I had to redo my hair myself and thankfully turned out much better.
