Take people's money, offer zero solutions, and call it "policy." The level of smug indifference was actually impressive. No effort to help, no reschedule, just a robotic "that's our policy" repeated like a script. It's wild that a business so obsessed with "no-shows" seems to have no problem no-showing on basic decency. I hope the $54 was worth it -- because that's the last dime this place will ever see from me. If you value customer service, honesty, or common sense, take your business anywhere else.

Met with the owner on Friday was quoted one price, however after arriving on Saturday to start the process the price changed to double the amount. I showed Diane (stylist) a picture of what I wanted my hair to EVENTUALLY look like. I know from talking to Michelle (owner) on Friday that it was going to take at least two sessions, price was told to me $225-250. I was quoted by Diane on Saturday 155.00 just for bleaching my hair, if i then wanted baby lites in, it would be 3 something!!! What exactly is 3 something, is that an amount they decide they want to charge you after already pricing you something completely different?? I felt like I was being scammed and taken advantage of. I asked the stylist to rinse off the bleach , I paid, which I should have just let them call the police and deal with it in court, but I paid 140.00 to walk out of the salon with orange hair. Michelle (owner) called and before I said anything I wanted to hear what they told her, of course it didn't match up and it wasn't just because I was there and witnessed it, but I recorder the session and definitely different than what was told to Michelle. Michelle said this isn't about money, but yet refused to refund my money but offered services in exchange. Would you really want a service done there not knowing if they will change the price on you unexpectedly? I did dispute the charge and will have to wait 30 days to find out. If you are a client or thinking of going there RECORD your consultation/service. NYS is a one-party consent state, you do not have to tell anyone you are recording them. My first time was with Michele, and I loved hearing her story and passion about creating a talented and calm space for her art. She is compassionate and great at serving her clients! Loved my hair after! It's really a wonderful, clean, and serene spot. The last two times I was with Ali, and I loved my hair each time! As a busy stay at home mom, I usually only get my hair done once in a while so having it look good for the long term is a must. The first time around I specifically came in bc I was getting some family photos done for the holidays.
