My stylist was fine. Her work was fine. I tipped her well. The manager was another story... When I arrived, I verified my online reservation and found a seat to wait. It was obvious that the salon was in the middle of redecorating and that someone had filled holes in the drywall and was preparing to paint. No worries- every building needs that at some point. Once my haircut started, some guy comes out of the back room, climbs a stepladder and starts sanding the drywall! No vacuum, no moisture to knock down the dust. It didn't take long for the gypsum to irritate my throat and lungs- I began to have coughing fits despite my best efforts to stay still and quiet. Didn't really help. My stylist offers to get me a glass of water, which I gladly agree to. She walks away and is gone for longer than I'd expect. When she eventually reappears, the manager is behind her... no water, just a single cough drop that she thrust at me with a sour look on her face. I thank them for the 'effort'. For the next five minutes, the manager makes multiple loud (enough for the entire store to hear) snotty comments about how she "can't stand the coughing and why doesn't it stop?" The cough drop hardly made a difference in my fits as the drywall dust continued to blow through the back of the salon where my chair was. Holy smokes Felecia, maybe don't do remodeling during business hours? I should have confronted her then and there, but just wanted to get out of the dust storm that continued to worsen. I like most people go to a salon cause I can make and appointment and get it done. My husband like most men want quick and easy. In this case no.. He checked in online comes in and is told five people are in front of him. It's not a holiday weekend, no prom, graduation. Unfortunately it's about staffing and today they only have two people. The wait time in this place is so inconsistent. Why is there even a check- in system when the stylists will not go by the correct order. Spent over an hour waiting here. Checked in online and then people come in off the street not checked in, yet they get served first. Place has gone super down hill. read more

Signed in on app from home, 10 minutes away, wait was an hour which was fine. Received the alert that I was 15 minutes out, so got in car and went. When I arrived 10 minutes later, there was still a 15-20 minute wait, with 3 ppl in front me still, standing in the rain waiting. Will not go back until they figure out their system, it's been a year now of COVID, some businesses have figured it out, others have not. read more

I got a haircut the other day from here and let's just say I could have given myself a better haircut.

They hacked my teenagers hair. Told the stylist to only take an inch off top and she took at least 4 inches off. Even showed her a picture of what he wanted out of one of their books. Very disappointed. read more

ALL negatives! If there was a way to give negatives stars, it would be very much more accurate! 1- Trish was my hair stylist. She had ink done on her arms of a shear and comb. With that much dedication, I figure she would be a super professional and best stylist alive. Wrong! 2- showed a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and it was a very basic blend on the side and leave 1.5 inch on top with a hardline where my hair is parted. FAIL! 3. The clippers she used was way more professional than she was. When I get a blend, all the stylist I usually go to would share from the bottom and move the clippers to the top. She started from the middle and took chunks off along the side. She then used a different clip below the chunks to even it out. Rephrase, tried to even it out. My fade ended up way higher than ever. I look like Bert from sesame street. 4. After guiding her through cutting my hair, the other stylist ask IF she's okay. WTF? I'm the customer here. Her friend acted like it was my fault that my hair is messed up. 5. I wasn't even given a mirror to see how the back of my hair look. After coming home to check on it, she didn't even touch the back lower part of head. I had to cut it myself to look normal. Yes, to look normal. 6. I will never go back and cut at your own risk and it's not worth the risk! read more
