I waited 50 minutes for a cut when I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. At one point, I was the only person in the store and several hair stylists were available but walked to the back and didn't come out. This place is terrible. I have no idea how it has the reviews that it does. read more

We took my nearly 2-year-old toddler for a haircut expecting a disaster but May was so patient and her experience really showed. We've taken him to those specialty hair cut for kids places but they usually leave his hair half uncut when he cries with the clippers; May somehow cut all of his hair and it looks great. I got a haircut trim here a few weeks ago, and I was super surprised how well it went. The stylist is super nice (she was African-American) and I don't remember her name. I did remember that she was very warm and welcoming. This salon is one of the cleaner and more updated Supercuts locations that I have been to. The stigma about the places like Supercuts are wrong, and I highly recommend if you're looking for a quick, easy haircut to come here. And my pocketbook was quite happy. $22 bucks including tip. read more

I just switched to Supercuts because the guy I hade been going to for 15 years retired. I've been to Tammy twice now and she is fantastic. First off, my wife says it is the beat haircut I've had in a long time. So she really knows what she is doing. On top of that, she is super nice and I enjoy chatting with her. I got the Supercuts app so I could check in online and it automatically applied a $3 off coupon they had sent me. Tammy is awesome and the place seems good and easy to interact with. read more

I had my first post quarantine hair cut here and couldn't be more pleased. I got a great trim by a very nice stylist. She got me in and out and everyone was wearing a mask and the shop is set up to support social distancing. Great experience and I'll definitely return! read more

Michelle is amazing!!! I've always paid a small fortune for a trim and I've always thought it was ridiculous! I've had my hair cut twice since covid at this location and I've been so pleased! Nicole and Stacie are wonderful and both did a fantastic job! The stigma about cheap hair cuts is fake news! Highly recommend giving this place a shot! read more

This by far has been the worst haircut I have ever received. Normally I go to a guy who does wonders with my curly hair but it out is my price range at the moment. I need a trim so I stopped in here. Told the young lady to do a trim and she proceeded to cut my hair. Didn't say much and when she finished asked me if I wanted a mirror or blow dry. I said no to both. I do have major anxiety so staying out in the public is very hard for me unless I am familiar with my surroundings. Paid cash and went home. Took a shower later and examined my hair. It is hard to tell with my hair being curly and it is my fault for not having her blow dry it. But my hair is so lopsided it is not even funny. The face framing she did caused me to have bangs that are so short and the face framing is off my at least two inches on my right side! I had asked her to thin the back because I tend to get teepee head when my hair gets longer. Guess what? I have teepee head! I actually had to take a scissors to try and get it evened up. Will never frequent this business again. Now I know why the haircuts are so cheap. You get what you pay for! read more

During this time of "cautionary outings", it was super refreshing to be able to go get a really great haircut at a place that takes their cleanliness seriously, while still maintaining a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They support social distancing and set it up so you feel comfortable. My stylist, Halo, was very professional, wonderfully talented, super fun, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted on my head :) The manager, Stacie, was very approachable and super nice too. They run an efficient business with quality styles and organized work spaces. Go here for your haircuts people! I will definitely go back here for mine. read more

Again pulled over to wash out my hair and run home to wash it out three times. My hair line is messed up as well and unfortunately need Vaseline to take product off. I will never go back hete again I can't even fix it and dye my hair again for a while without causing damage and it's going to fall out. Train better hairstylist and dont over charge stating you can do curly hair when it's a lie. I'm the inconvenience because you are overbooked ? Don't be greedy owners and learn to train your staff
