Worst of the worst. My husband was quoted $65 for color and a cut yesterday. Today he went in the stylist butchered his hair and the color was supposed to be dark brown and she made it ash. Yesterday, for the second time, I arrived on time for my online-mandated appointment. Yet my stylist was working on a man with an enormous beard - she would obviously not be finished anytime soon. She did not greet me. Another stylist asked if I had an appointment and then said my stylist would be with me soon. 25 minutes later, I left. I refuse to be treated like this. Appointments have absolutely no meaning - get rid of them! I will take my business elsewhere. This policy is extremely unprofessional, and the stylist owes me an apology. read more

Have had experiences in a few of Supercuts various salons in area. Found this to be one right up there in service and satisfaction. In the past and for many years I used one hair salon with same person doing cut and color and eyebrows and good conversation. This one ranks closely to what kind of service I am expecting. Bringing my granddaughter to Supercuts now also. read more

Acceptable McHaircuts with four chairs in Mohawk Commons. We've gone a couple of times and they only had two stylists working at any one time. The quality of the haircuts were middling but it's cheaper than the barber shops by a couple of bucks for the kids, so it all comes down to wait time and convenience, which always vary at such joints. I've seen nothing here that is not utterly consistent with every other McHaircuts place I've been to, and the key to this kind of franchise is not being special but having sodden predictability. It's the kind of place that's good to have available, just in case, particularly around other stores, but if you're picky you're not likely to seek out as a destination. read more

This place is near my home, and I've been coming here for a few years. I've had different stylists during that time, and I've never had a bad haircut. They listen then cut my hair as I want it done. I have been elsewhere in that time frame, but now come here exclusively. It's not cheap for a basic haircut, but worth it I think. At times they're busy, at times not. I just walk in but you can make an appointment in advance. Get the tea tree treatment sometime, you'll enjoy it. That they're open til 8 on weekdays works well for me too. read more

I was at Schenectady for some reason and wanted to do my haircut, one of my friend suggested this Supercuts, on a sunday morning last week went there and luckily there was not much rush and a girl named "Bryan" attended me. I asked her about the styles book they have and i asked her to do a specific haircut. She did exactly how i wanted and also she did trim of my beard perfectly. I had the worst experience of my life. The hairstylist didnt even wash half of my hair. The cut was so uneven. I asked her to blow dry my hair and my hair was half wet. I will never ever go back to that place again. I would rather spend little bit more to go to a salon which doesn't much better job. If I could I would give them zero star. Got my eyebrows waxed here twice. Won't do it a third time. The first time the wax wasn't even hot enough because someone had turned it off. I should have just left. Second time, different woman, she did not listen to me when I said NOT thin. And she made then uneven. I'll just go back to plucking! read more
