Just had the most uncomfortable experience ever with stylist Rachelle! I came in 8 min late for my appointment because Google Maps sent me the wrong way. I'm not sure if that's what upset her or what but I gladly would have waited while she snuck someone in before me! Not a single smile, attitude throughout the whole haircut, annoyed at the haircut I asked for and making me feel stupid. Geeez... Shouts out to the OG who came in to touch up the haircut after Rachelle asked her to check it (thanks for that at least, I appreciate you actually trying to make sure the cut was good!) but otherwise girl.... the energy was not nice. The stylist Rachelle did a wonderful job with my haircut and took the time to give really helpful suggestions that suited my hair type and face shape. I enjoyed talking with her about our animals. I was happy she wasn't overwhelming like some ppl can be, just a little pup chitchat it was nice. She was very attentive about what I wanted and even double checked to make sure it was exactly what I wanted before she cut it. I appreciated that! The end result turned out even better than I expected. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Supercuts to anyone looking for a quality cut and thoughtful styling advice. There was another stylist there who was also very nice and refreshing. Sorry to say, but I haven't had a worse haircut in decades. Decades! I went back and another stylist tried to fix it but you can't add hair that's been chopped off. The back is horrific. I purchased a blow dryer brush to see if that would help style this mess but alas no. I'll have to wait until it grows out. Ugh!!! read more

I stopped going to Supercuts because of their limited hours. They used to be open until 8 pm pre-covid, but now they close at 5 pm, and apparently do not plan to go back to their regular hours. This is inconvenient for me, and I have found a good alternative. When I was a regular customer, they were hit and miss. Sometimes I received excellent cuts; others times, not so much. There were two or three times over several years that I had to go back for adjustments. Usually they were nice about it, but not the last time. So that was my last time there. My new salon has better customer service and more convenient hours. read more

I had a great experience with Julia. I think she is the manager. She literally had saved my mom's hair. My first appointment was with a different hair stylist who was nice too but the result was just not what we wanted neither done correctly plus it wasn't worth the money that was paid especially that my mom has a really short hair! I contacted the store after the first visit and I talked as far as I remember to Sharlyn who totally understood and wanted to make my mom happy. They made my hair uneven I don't wanna be there again I told my dad that I wanna go to great clips instead but no he had to take me here

My god what an awful experience. I came in for a consultation with Victoria about a color. I've never really had my hair done before and I made sure to tell her that I had almost no knowledge about having it done. We went over a photo for reference, but since that woman's hair was different than mine I expected it to come out different. We weren't supposed to match the photo, I just liked the idea that they had and drew inspiration from it. Three weeks later I came in to have my hair done. First my hair processes in bleach for damn near 2 hours (including application), only to come to find out that my hair is now a platinum blonde, which it was never supposed to be. My hair is dead and my curls are gone, my scalp burned for the next 4 days and kept cracking open and bleeding. Not to mention the style is completely off and the color came out nothing like we talked about. I came in to talk to the manager a week later and she dared to tell me that my curls "weren't dead" and that if I wanted them to look the same then I shouldn't have gotten my hair done. Well, actually, I had directly asked if they would be changed (to which I was told no), and had I KNOWN then I wouldn't have had it done at all. At the end of the day, do not come here. Even when referred they can't do what you want them to do. And regardless of how much you spend you're not a priority to them. They don't care about the outcome and they don't care how much they mess up your head. read more

Made appointment for a color, highlight, cut and blowout for today at 5:15. I arrived at 5:10. There were 3 men waiting. Only one lady was working and when I walked in I said I have an appointment at 5:15 with Victoria she said that's me it will be few there are two ahead of you. While I'm waiting 2 more men walked in one said I just called another just sat down. She proceed to take all the men and the last one that just sat down she asked are waiting for me or can don't remember the name cut your hair he said no I'm waiting for you so she proceed to take him and told me that I would be next. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting. I finally told her I can't wait any longer. She said I'm sorry we got behind - no you didn't you were just taking walkins over me! Don't lie! I've been a customer there for at least 15 years, I will not go there again. It has been declining, but I was hopeful. My time is just as important as their's. Don't trust your appointment time! If I could give a negative score I would because clearly this place is more concerned about making "goals" than having customers. Had an appointment for highlights at 2:30pm today. Got a call just hours before requesting to reschedule because the owner said "they didn't meet their goals for the week and needed to reschedule for the next week." I'm sorry, but how is that my problem? Well Super Cuts you can tell your "goal setting" owner that I will NEVER go their again!!! Nor will my family, friends, and anyone else I talk to. Also didn't ask if I liked the back squared or rounded. I asked for his hair to be cut with a 3 on sides and back, and a 7 on top. His haircut looked like a buzz cut, same length all over. Went in to get an ombré done to my hair by Charlene, we didn't get it as light as we wanted so the second time I came in she DID NOT blend she pretty much slapped the bleach on and left streaks and spots in my hair, I failed to see this because she only showed me a side view of my hair. The third time I went in I asked if she could blend it better she said it would be blended after we're done. All she did was slap a normal toner on my head which made my "white blonde", which we never got to, a dirty grey color. We were going for white platinum and she insisted I did not need any more bleach. My hair still had spots and streaks, color was not blended. Do not go to super cuts for ombré or anything like it because they have no idea what they're doing. After spending an estimated $160- $180 on my hair it still looked like a child did my hair. read more

Alex is awesome!!!! She did a great job. I was a little Leary because I have ethnic hair and wasn't sure if she had ever cut that type of hair texture. Silly me. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the older lady at the front counter ringing me up swiped my $100 bill with a permanent marker and told me so fast and rude to my face with people watching that my money was no good!!! When she asked the cosmetologist behind her if that was the right marker she was told NO. THATS A PERMANENT MARKER. She used the the right marker and of course my money was legit but she was speechless. Now who's embarrassed? She could have handled that situation a lot better. First off, this super cuts is great. All the ladies do a great job. To name a few, Hillary, Lindsey, And Kate. You won't be disappointed with this store. Not too sure what the point of calling ahead and putting your name in does. I would assume it means you are virtually getting in line however whenever I show up the wait time is still the same as when I called. And the more properly I was addressing my concern,the more loudly they retorted back! Finally got the job done unwillingly! I would never go back there and they just cost themselves a patron!
