Horrible service!!! Waited 45 mins only to be told there were 2 people ahead. I watched multiple people go ahead of me that checked in after me. If they would have given me a heads up when I signed in, I could have decided to stay or go. Instead I wasted almost an hour of my time and still left without a haircut for me and my son. I decided to try this brand new location yesterday (Saturday). I walked in with my two boys and found three people in the waiting area. There were two stylists in the back working and one frazzled looking one stuck her head out to warn me that the wait would be "more than an hour." I don't think I have ever waited half that long for a cheap haircut. We left without signing in. We decided to try again today (Sunday). Planning on the fact that this new store was not staffing properly for the weekends, I downloaded the app and checked in before leaving the house. It showed a zero minute wait! The app made an 11:45a appointment for the three of us. I showed up and found the doors locked. The store does not open until noon. There were two other people waiting outside and two more people showed up before we could leave. One said that she had a noon interview. Wouldn't you want to do that before you open? Especially if you are understaffed? We went across the parking lot to the crowded Sport Clips. read more

Unfortunately, or fortunately, I can't rate their services. I walked in to hopefully squeeze in a cut before work and everyone, including customers, just looked at me. I'm standing at the front door waiting for some sort of "welcoming" to let me know something since it is my first time in there. Nothing. Finally a couple minutes later I see a computer sitting there to sign in. Oh, well I wish I would have known that was what I needed to do. Customer service goes a long way. I'm transitioning my hair from chemically straightened back to my naturally curly hair. A curly bob hairstyle would be the best option right now to be able to wear my hair curly with minimal styling. I did a walk-in appointment and was lucky enough to get Chelsea. She listened very carefully about my concerns and the current issues with my hair. She genuinely seemed excited to cut curly hair because she said she enjoyed it. She put me at ease right away and began cutting. She explained what she was doing and why along the way, she also worked with my curl pattern to ensure each curl looked good. I loved the end result so much and received a lot of compliments. It is time for another cut and I will for sure be requesting Chelsea this time. It is very hard to find a stylist that knows how to properly cut curly hair and enjoys doing it to boot. read more

Id say avoid a certain someone but I have a feeling it may get deleted if I do. I had such a bad feeling I RAN. Don't wet my hair is freaking freezing. She's like a little bit... she soaked it. Then she put something in it. I'm like wtf!! Then for the fifth time I told her just want a little trim. She kept asking what I wanted to do and I just didn't trust her. Her so called middle part isn't in the middle and oh my gawd I almost had a bloody heart attack. She charged me $8 for putting crap in my hair that I didn't want and soaking it. Awful! I took my son here for a haircut and the service we have gotten was just terrible. Not to mention how the cut turned out! I can't remember what the lady's name was but her station was right behind the cashier/front desk. The cut looked as if she just used one size for the whole head when it was suppose to be longer at the top. When I mentioned this she told me "It'll grow out in a couple days" I'm not sure about anyone else's hair but I know damn well hair doesn't grow in a "couple days" read more

If you're a woman, make sure not to ask for, or get Griselda! Going to work to cut hair for her equals, ONLY men!!! I was recommend to her, however since I am a woman with long hair, (which she will refuse to cut) only wants her business from a man!!! I waited for her service for an hour for her to skip me and grab a gentlemen who jut walked through the door. Poor customer service!! It wouldn't help if she actually smiled as well! She deliberately ignored me because my hair was not straight enough for her. How difficult is it to trim off 1/2 inch? I felt direct discrimination based on my hair and what she feels is appropriate or not when it come to someone specifically asking for her service. To be ignored and pushed aside after waiting for such a long time after being told she would cut my hair is a why I feel it's appropriate to acknowledge. Horrible place, no common sense whatsoever considering school is starting and they only had one stylist on deck for an 1 1/2 half and a lot of folks waiting. Once the other stylists showed up, there was no sense of urgency for them to take care of their customers. They took their time setting up their stations and gossiping before they were ready. To add insult to injury, every time the phone rang it took the stylist away from the client she was working on( don't know how to multi-task). On top of all that, none of them know how to fade or cut hair. I blame no one but myself for thinking that Supercuts has changed, obviously I'm a moron and I was very wrong. I WILL NEVER go back to that place, not even if I was on fire and my life depended on it. So..... if you're up for getting a third rate haircut, waiting, and not being happy when leaving, then by all means Supercuts is for you. If not, stay away from that place, they suck...... read more

Truth be told I have been a hair salon snob..only going to places that offered you wine while you get your hang done and costing an arm and a leg! I figured if it was expensive then these guys are pros and know what they are doing. I needed a cut bad and my go to person at the glitzy salon was all booked. So I went to Yelp to see what was close by home and who had the highest reviews..to my surprise Supercuts at Town Center Pflugerville came in first! Having not stepped into a Supercuts in over 15 years...I was scared but reading the amazing reviews that other clients left for stylist CHELSEA, I had to try. I walked in and with the new thing of checking in on the computer, I had user problems..lol..a nice worker there helped me out and to my surprise it was CHELSEA!!! Just her friendliness right off the back made me feel comfortable. I showed her how I wanted my hair and it was "the Rachel" which she knew right off the back!!! Her suggestions and vision was exactly what I had visioned as well. As she started cutting she took her time, and made sure each layer she made was the same on the other side! Since I got a face frame and layers she did a light blow dry to the front so that I can see how the layers fell and if it was how I liked or if it needed tweaking...I asked to get the bangs just a little shorter and she hit it out of the ball park!!! Needless to say, I was and am extremely pleased, my head feels lighter, my hair is shorter and healthy looking without it looking like I got my hair chopped off..and it looks AMAZING!!!! Took my daughter in for a very simple bob cut and it is over an inch shorter on on side vs the other. To make it worse, the back scoops down and isn't the same length as the front. They are all great; huge professionals, but Chelsea has just made my experience so personable and helps me fill in the gaps when I'm trying to explain what I want. Since we moved in to Pflugerville, this is the only place my family has gone to and has not decided to switch to a different one. For the reason that Supercuts has been able to take care of all of my family's haircut needs. From Grandma,Daddy,Teenagers and toddler. I went to this location today to get a quick trim. I usually go to the location in Round Rock and have always received great service there so I decided to try this location out since it is near my home. When I walked in I checked in and was not greeted or even looked at. I waited for about 15 minutes which is totally understandable as the two stylists that were there were helping other clients. When both of those clients left both of the stylists went to the back and stayed back there for a few minutes. I was fine with waiting a couple of minutes but as I waited longer I could hear the stylists chatting with no rush to get to my hair cut. It seemed as though it wasn't a priority for them to get to me and I'm not sure why. I got tired of waiting so I left without getting any type of service. read more
