1st of all when did they start charging 26$?? Took my 6 year old son. He hated every minute of it. The lady tugged his head around. They barely cut anything and at the end I didn't want to say anything because my kid had enough!! He sits good with everyone Not here... waste of money for sure read more

My hair dresser, Bianka, was AMAZING, but when I went to reschedule for my root touchup the following month... the manager said to the person on the phone that they were going to write up Bianka for taking a prescheduled root touch-up appointment on the weekend. WTH!?! Bianka didn't schedule my appointment, it was the 1st time using this location, & someone else scheduled it 2 weeks prior on the phone. First, I can not believe that was the managers first thought... to reprimand an employee without even discussing it with the staff. Second , what type of management discusses human resource issues in front of customers & with clients listening on the phone? Oakdale Supercuts needs to invest in some leadership training for their management. I will NEVER use this location again. Bianka, thank you for doing your job well. I hope you find a position with a company who respects you. read more

Checked in online over 40 minutes ago. I know it's not an appointment on the app but now it's 20 plus minutes past the designated time. Two people working and no sense of urgency. Lots of side chatting. Not many options in this small town but waiting almost an hour for a haircut and no one is in front of me is crazy. Teenage boy and young girl is all they are cutting. A lady walks in well after me and they say we will be with you next. Then I'm looking at her and she says oh yeah I know you are wa I gave them a try again. I'm improving my first review from 1 star to 3 stars. It was better. I didn't get in at the designated time but she was fast. read more

To the owner and or manager of this Supercuts, if a patron sets an appointment and waits around for 20 minutes to get a haircut, You might want to tell them when they walk in that the credit card machine is not working! I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment just for them to tell me that the credit card machine is not working and I have to go get cash! Thanks for NOT giving me a heads up when I walked, instead of making me sit there for 20 minutes! I will never go back to the Supercuts again! It would've been a simple courtesy to let me know as soon as I walked in about that! read more

I asked to take about half an inch off the top with scissors. She ended up messing up with my fade and going all the way across my head with the clippers and there was no way to fix it so she made the decision of giving me a buzz cut Without my OK, and was extremely aggressive with clippers. It was a very painful haircut. read more

This place used to be good and you could count on getting a decent cut. Not anymore. Voting with my feet. Worst haircut ever.

I've been going to this exact location on and off for the past 3 years. I'm usually pretty happy with the results no matter who cuts my hair since employees tend to move on after a period of time. $25 for a haircut plus a $5 tip that's a lot of money every 6 weeks. I won't go to a barber because I don't want to flat top haircut. read more

They are the worst! Sunday they must been drinking all night as they can't keep appointments straight! They look at the computer and keep asking each other who's next read more

Being 65 years old, I can say that they gave me the worst haircut I ever got from anyone. I had to go back and get it fixed a few days later by the manager which she did a nice job after the fact. I will look for another place. read more

If you are desperate, like we were, go here. Son needed a hair cut. They didn't blend or tidy up. Granted they were busy but what they charge, it's ridiculous to come out still needing it touched up. read more

I really like the stylist that cut my hair. Her name is Karina I believe. You should definitely ask for her. She is so approachable & knowledgeable. We had a great conversation. I like that she was very professional but friendly. The price was actually cheap to me, but I see everyone complaining about how expensive it is. You guys need to think about all the extra precautions they have to take now, because of COVID. How do you think that will get paid for if they don't raise there price? I also see a lot of complaints about bad hair cuts did you ever think maybe they are trying to fix your mess up. I know a bunch of you went to town hacking on your hair during the closure. read more

This place is the worst!!! We asked for a wash, dry and style, cut and trim eyebrows. I came out looking like Gene Wilder! AND my hair was still wet. I have used this Supercuts before but NEVER came out looking worse than when I went in. I would give it a -1 if I could! read more

Thank you Eva,you do a great job appreciate your professionalism and knowledge of a great cut

The girls here are great always give a good cut and are always friendly. The woman that manages the place does a great job!

I had an appointment this morning. Arrived 10 minutes early. Let them know I had an appointment and sat down. She finished with the person in the chair and then called another person standing waiting. ??? What about my appointment??? Have been going her for a while with mixed results, now it's time for a change. What's the point of having an appointment if you don't honor it?? I'll never go back. read more

You make a reservation a week ahead of time you show up a half hour early and they say there's five people ahead of you why bother taking reservations will never go there again not the first time this is happened. read more

Signed up for the super cut membership because it seemed like a good deal, every time I make an appointment for this place I either get stuck waiting 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time for 1 specific person that uses metal guards or I have to accept a stylist that uses plastic guards so my haircut is uneven like the lines in a freshly mowed lawn which means I have to have my wife run my nice clippers with metal guard through my hair just to even things out. Really second guessing this membership, maybe just gonna go back to having my wife cut my hair like we did when everything was shut down, at least we own quality clippers and quality guards so my hair comes out nice the first time. I don't understand why I professional stylist would not be using quality materials. read more

I made an appointment for 5:15. I even let the lady know who made the appointment we had to be somewhere at 6. We walked in and checked in and the lobby was full no biggie. They literally took every person before us. I had to be somewhere at 6 we left at 5:50 with a distraught little girl. I called and asked what is the purpose of an appointment if you're not going to call us back at that time. They said they were very busy but trying their best. No if you know back to school is coming have more stylists. Very disappointing. read more

Horrible cuts there. I keep going there with hopes of a better hairstylist and every time I go in or my husband they mess up our simple cuts. My hair is longer than they other side. Bangs are horribly cut. An yesterday my husband ask for 1 inch cut and he got 3inch off his hair length. So disappointed with the work they do there. They don't even tell you that a new person who has just started cutting is doing your hair. Don't recommend it. read more

Did not get a good haircut. It wasn't even, or anything like the photos I took in. Went back to get it evened up, and it looks worse. Super disappointed. read more

I've tried this salon twice and both times was the worst haircuts I've ever had. I will never go to a Supercuts again.

Never much of a wait...and Super cuts even has an APP to find out if your past hair stylist is working! We like Rylie and she always makes my son happy...one of the few that can actually impress my teenager. So, if you don't want to wait a week or more for an appointment, check this place out. read more

Deanna was AMAZING!! I was so nervous about cutting the 12 inches off but she was great! Really talked to me about what I wanted and didn't want and looked at tons of pics with me! I couldn't be happier about how it turned out! I am so glad I found her!! I'll never let anyone else touch my hair again!! And the salon was super clean and they had no problem with my little munchkin running around. Thanks so much Deanna and I can't wait to come back!! read more

I scheduled an appointment on their online website around 1155-12pm for my son and I with the girl who's name starts with a "J". We went in at 1250 and sat down. Roughly 10 minutes later the cutter was done with her previous client and asked my son and I (plus a gentleman that just had walked in) if we had all checked in. The gentleman that just walked in walked to the back (I'm assuming to the rest room). I explained to the cutter that we checked in online. She stated she had one person ahead of me and it was the gentleman that just walked in. I explained that I had two appointments and checked in online. The cutter said the gentleman checked in first with her at 1pm. I knew right away this was a lie as I made an appointment back to back and it was impossible to schedule two appointments with the same cutter at one specific time. If that was available I would have taken it with my son who was going to get a cut right after mine but it was not. So I ask this, how could he of checked in first mam? So I knew right away that she was lying. From the fact that the cutter knew the man who walked in around 1 pm by name, I can only assume he was a regular and she chose to take him over my son and I. And that's fine and dandy but I would suggest that if you have a website creating appointments then you should honor those appointments over a regular... If the cutter only knew I am a fantastic tipper and she would have gotten 25 dollars extra for each one of our cuts, my son and I... She aloud $50.00 to walk out the door... For all this I will not spend my hard end money in this store.. read more

They completely messed up my hair. I asked them for a mullet and she said "ok" as she cut all of my hair off. I was super pissed because I told her I wanted just the sides cut and after she said she forgot. Like that's so stupid, anyway they only gave me half a refund because she said she "fixed" it. If you want to be ignored and left standing for five minutes before you finally give up and go to modesto for a haircut then this is the place for you. If you are lucky enough to get someone's attention you are treated with indifference and a complete lack of enthusiasm. We have gone here approximately five times always hoping it will be different but Saturday was the last straw. We have no problem waiting but no one even acknowledged our presence or asked us too wait because they were with a customer which would have been perfectly fine. NOTHING! We will not be going back again. And we have talked to other people and they have had the same experience. It's unfortunate because the prices are good and there are very few hair salons in oakdale. But we will be going to modesto from now on read more

I stopped by for a quick cut and was greeted by two friendly faces. The stylist who cut my hair did a great job. The scalp massage during the shampooing was incredible -- the best part of my day. I plan to go back each time I need a cut. read more

my husband goes there almost religiously. every two weeks getting a haircut is a must. the haircuts themselves are actually pretty good I will admit. but the last few times hes checked in thru the website and drove over there there customer service is absolutely horrible and we are just getting fed up to say the least. he walks in there n they dont even acknowledge him! hes had to walk out with no we'll be right with you no hello how are you or anything. I am a manager for a company that prides ourselves with customer service and this just is beyond me if they dont get complaints from other customers. it's not ok how they treat there customers and today him walking out with no aknowledgement is the last time you'll be getting any business from him read more
