Got a decent color and trim w Rocio I have previously done ombré and needed to get roots done- she did a good job without ruining the blonde ends Only complaint was she left some color around roots in front and back and didn't fully blow dry my hair However, for the price I can't really complain - paid less than half of what I'd have to at the regular salon for roots and trim! Supercuts, your steady decline in service in the 10+ years of on-and-off service you have provided me has reached a new level of suckitude that is entirely unforgivable. I visited your establishment yesterday evening, asking for a buzzcut. A BUZZCUT! This isn't a difficult haircut to give. You click the #2 thingamajig to the clippers and run it over hair until it's all equal length. There's no layering, no coloring, no styling, no gelling, no measuring...it's the easiest cut a barber can provide. And your Supercuts-trained and certified barber failed. First, she barely runs over my head with the clippers. After about 5 minutes of the most rushed buzzing ever, she brings me over to the sink to give me a shampoo (which I ordered). It was the most abrupt shampoo of my life. She slapped some shampoo on, rinsed it off like she was in some kind of race, then basically threw a towel over my still-dripping head. Not good customer service. Then, noticing the large clumps of longer hair on my head, I asked for her to go over once more the clippers. After some mild protest, she did. Lo and behold, clumps of hair...not individual strands, but CLUMPS...were sheered off onto the smock I was wearing. I left a few minutes later, when she considered her job done, I didn't have the energy at that point to argue further. But my hair is far from even, the unevenness of the back is abysmal, and it's just about the longest #2 buzz I've ever received. I'm going to a different barber to get my haircut fixed. Because I was too impatient to wait two days to get my hair done by the proper hair stylist I went to Super Cuts. I didn't really have a problem with my cut but after a few days I started to really not like it it was almost mullet like (shutter). The girl was nice and everything was average from the service to the products however I do think they've upped their hair cut prices for women's hair... or maybe it's because I went from long to short. Who knows. Either way this place was okay I wouldn't really recommend Super Cuts to my girlfriends. You get what you pay for is all. Mediocre prices gives you mediocre service. read more

I prefer this super cuts as opposed to others because it's never as busy and usually never have to wait in line. I recently just cut 12 inches of my hair and wanted to donate it but now they cut it for you but you have to mail it yourself...lame. The women here are extremely rude. They talk to you like you're stupid and just so much attitude. I used to enjoy coming here but after my last experience I would never come back. My partner and I come here to get our haircuts as opposed to a salon. Why? Because of MARCELA! My partner 'discovered' Marcela when she went to get her haircut and said to me, "we have to go here from now and we HAVE to ask for Marcela." I gave Marcela a try and I haven't looked back since. She'll ask how I want my hair and is NOT offended when I show her a photo of me or someone else and ask her to please try and duplicate the style. So far, so good. Marcela allows me to talk my ear off to her while she's busy snipping away and not only is she fast, she is accurate. I haven't had a bad haircut since I have been coming to her. Neither has my partner. To be fair, we always use a coupon with each visit because while we work at jobs we truly love, we do have to be conscious of our spending. And just because we use a coupon, it does not lessen the quality of haircuts we get either. I'm sorry the reviewers here did not have a pleasant experience but perhaps it could have been the stylist. If this is the case, ask for Marcela. She's easy on the eyes, she'll try and accommodate your request and she works hard at what she does. This supercuts is the only one that I have been going to for the past 5 years now. My regular stylist her name is Helen. She does a really good job each time. I've changed my hair probably only about 3 times for the past 5 years. Being a guy we don't really have to change out hair styles that often. But each time that I show her a picture as to how I would want to be she always gets it right on the dot. Other stylists that I had cut my hair I always had to go home and fix it cause they either missed some pieces here. Now on to the bad part of this place would probably have to be the parking at the prices. I know that since I started going here the prices have gone up almost $1 each year. The parking is kind of bad because they are really tight spaces that you have to try to fit your car through and the plaza that they are in has a lot more stores that people go into so you might just want to not go when its busy. But overall I really like this place a lot. 5 stars for my stylist Helen! read more

Sure they'll cut your hair, but in terms of style questions and asking what might look best for you they aren't much help. I still go there because of the convenience. My hairdresser I go to did not have an appointment slot available for the next 3 wks, and so I decided to drop by supercuts to get a haircut. I thought to myself that I usually have not had any issues about getting a haircut with them, but today, was not what I expected it to be. I had asked Tina for long layers, and the result I got was disappointing. My hair was almost to my butt, and the amount that was cut off was about 8-9 inches. I was surprised about the aftermath. Bruh.... BRUH..... I don't even know where to start! I came here expecting something "wow", but I left with a disaster. I explicitly asked for a slight trim, and you gave me an uneven mess. Okay, I seem like I'm overreacting, but it seemed fine when I left the shop, but when I got home and looked closer, it was a mess! I thought my old barber couldn't cut jack, but boy o boy, y'all can't cut. I soon realized that the "barber/barbress" didn't take my request into consideration. I'm not saying that you should close your business, but you should at least hire folks who can actually cut hair. All I'm saying is that I expected something a whole lot better from your $20 cuts.... sorry but don't get your cuts here, I'm not exaggerating, there are better places in this area. Received a solid men's haircut from Blanca. I appreciate that she listened to how I preferred to have a mix of scissors and shaver. Pretty much everybody who uses the shaver goes too close for my preference, and she managed to be one of the few who didn't. Kudos to Blanca! This is a really good place to get a consistent haircut with any of the staff, they are quick and efficient. I recommend strongly.

My spouse and I have been going to this location for years and have always received great service. Claire is my go-to but have been happy with everyone there: Tina, Arlene, Blanca, all of them! We always call ahead and never have to wait very long. On the rare occasion when they are "super" busy, they will always let us know in advance and suggest a good time to come by. I see some of the negative reviews and am genuinely shocked as I have never experienced any of those things, and I am definitely a "regular." She does listen to your wants and needs and she will make sure to tell you straight up if the cut will look good or not. So, I usually get my hair cut at Super Cuts, because I just get simple layers every 3-5 months. So it's not that complicated and I am usually happy with what I walk out looking like. I made the biggest mistake walking in yesterday for my cut. How was I supposed to know the woman would ruin my hair. I asked for the Tea Tree treatment I believe it's called, and she talked me into a different one (that apparently didn't include the head massage but that she promised to do anyway) it was $2 more so $30, I didn't mind. As she's washing my hair, we joke about how long my hair is, and how thick it is. I know, it's a pain... Well I didn't get a massage, fine whatever, I tell her how I just want a couple inches off, and how I like the V-shaped layers, she said no problem. She then sits me under the dryer (part of the upgraded treatment) and she says she will be back, she did ask me if I wanted a magazine, so I sat there, 5 minutes go by...no sign of her (my son and friend were there to keep me company) then 10min... 15min what feels like forever to be under a dryer, so I send my friend to go ask how much longer... the woman comes back saying "Oh sorry, you're done". I sit in the chair and I OK the amount she says she is going to trim, an I had to tell her that where she parted my hair isn't where I wear it, she said no it's ok and kept cutting, I said I don't think that's down the middle she showed me and I just shut up cause I must not see what she sees. Since I have super thick hair, I usually ask them to thin it out a little. SHE asked ME where to do it... I have no clue, I don't do hair! She(whose name is Anna by the way short red hair) grabs the thinning sheers and grabs chunks of my hair and just cuts into it. then brushes it out, she even said "Oh wow oops that's a lot of hair" I laughed cause I figured we were still joking about how much hair I have! She rinsed my hair out again, and finished with a gel of some sort which was the other part of the upgraded treatment, my hair was soaking wet, but I noticed she took a lot more off than I had asked. I walked in with my hair down passed my pockets of my jeans, I walked out with breast length... upset, I still tipped her after paying $32.00 and went home. I went straight to my bathroom to dry and style my hair. I discovered when I parted it down the middle that the left side was 2-3 inches LONGER than the right side! and when I put my hair up in a bun, there was a HUGE F@#$^ chunk handing, she had sliced off my hair and left a 1 inch wide 2 inch long chunk of hair! I am so upset, I called and the woman offered to fix the uneven part, but needed to see the back. I get there the blonde woman was very sweet and OK'd every step she took with my hair. The owner called and said she would refund my money, and that my next treatment was on her, she also said "We can try to fix the back, we can do a hair growth treatment, or we can cut it shorter" ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Well I go to the counter and she tells me they are only refunding me for the hair cut because they were able to "fix it, well kind of". So I got $17 back... I am so outraged, I don't expect the world, but wow that's what you offer. Oh I was also told "when you do put it up, just use a little gel"... Had your woman not MESSED up a simple haircut, I would be able to put my hair up just fine... YES I have pictures, YES I am still upset... read more

After reading a good review about this particular location (my stylist had moved out of state recently), I took my daughter (and myself) for a trim to try it out until we found a new stylist that we liked...we usually have someone come to our home. I got what I wanted, but the person doing my daughter's hair BUTCHERED IT!!! My daughter told this woman/stylist that she was growing out her hair. After my daughter was trying to explain what she wanted (daughter is 14), she just chop-chop-chopped so quickly that it ended up being these fringe bangs. My daughter was in tears. If you go there with children, you will need to sort of stand over them to make sure that the person does not just do a slip-slap job. My daughter's no whiner, so she's made the best of it until it grows back out, but if a teenage girl says that she is "trying to grow her hair out", a good stylist should NOT start snipping until she's explained how the trim will look when she's done and even then just do a little at a time. I know this is possible because that's what my stylist did for me. In all fairness, the salon itself recognized the problem and took my daughter's trim off the bill, alhtough this person (I can't even remember her name I was so upset) should stick to cutting only men's hair. read more

Supercuts. They cut your hair SUPER fast...at most Supercuts. The girls at this location are great, attentive and aren't there to simply move the line. They do a quality job and really care about their work. The only think that irks me about this location (and most supercuts) is the call-ahead option. It's not really calling ahead if they quote you a time to arrive and when you arrive you still have to wait 30 minutes. This has happened a couple of times at this location. read more

Arleen is one of the best hairstylist i have ever had. She is so great that I dont even have to check my hair after she is done. I do have one problem with the place its impossible to get an appointment with her at this location. The location once had a system that you can call in and make an appointment at the certain time and now they took that out. Came in for a trim and there were no other customers in the store. my hair was just resting on top of my shoulders when i walked in. this is what i told the lady, "i want to keep the length of my hair but i want to thin out the rest of it, add layers and make it a little choppy because my neck gets hot from how thick my hair is. and if you can fix my bangs a bit and even them out to frame my face a little better. i don't really want much taken off the bottom at all" while i'm explaining this, she is giggling with one of her coworkers about dying their hair a different color or something so i already knew this was not going to turn out well. the lady then has me tilt my head down which i feel is a pretty normal thing they do? my head was down for a while and she was still giggling while cutting my hair and i was not able to see what she was doing. then she started blow drying my hair because when you get your hair layered, there are bits of hair everywhere. so then i looked and my hair looked pretty good. i paid and tipped and drove home. when i got home, i decided to shower because there was still hair on me and when i got out, my hair fell naturally...into a mullet..... the woman had chopped off about three inches of my hair only in the front. the hair went from being on top of my shoulders to just at my jawline... it looked horrendous. my bangs had been thinned out in a manner that chunks in between were missing and the bottom layers were hardly an inch long. i almost started crying but drove back to explain my unhappiness. i told her, "my hair looks awful. i said i wanted to keep the length of my hair and you chopped it off. i never wanted it this short in the front" she giggled and said, "okay it's cute, i can even it out." brushing it off like it was nothing. so after evening out the back to match the front, my hair is a very very short bob :( they did not offer my money back or offer me some kind of credit. i don't know why ANYONE would give another person a mullet as it is an awful hairstyle that is never coming back. i don't know the name of the lady who cut my hair but she was asian and made me leave with a completely different hairstyle that i hate. EDIT: I realized it was pretty bitter of me to give her one star so I changed it to three because at least this botched cut might look good in three months when it finally grows back to how it was read more
