Good and Quick And fairly priced Plenty of parking Nice haircut I like that you can see each Great Clips in your area with waiting time read more

I checked in on my phone. I wish you can see your wait time on the web browser without making an account... When I sat down, I saw an older hairstylist lady who was sitting down while cutting hair, and I did not want that service... I requested to have my hair cut by Maria and she was kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. I asked for face framing layers and long layers in the back. Since the stylists rotate so often, it really depends when you walk in who you are paired up with and it can be either a hit or miss of how good the haircut turns out. In the past I have had a few misses depending on the stylist... Glad I got a good summer haircut this year! read more

Rosalinda was incredible and took amazing care of me. Got my request to the tee. Will be coming back just for her amazing work.

They ladies here are all great. Been coming for years. And the check-in app works well when planning for HC the day of

Veniece was excellent but I usually have another stylist. Quick but not too quick. Efficient and precise. Everyone is friendly. ONLINE check in is EVERYTHING !!! Saves so much time. Love that they keep the notes on previous haircuts but wish I could access that info and alter it if need be online and could see when I have had my haircuts online. Not just in store. Also WHERE THE HECK ARE THE COUPONS ?! I used to get them all the time in valupak coupons envelope and none ever come to me in email from this area no matter what I have my info set to. Can you please send me something ? Thank you. read more

Fariba was Amazing and was able to do the exact haircut I had asked for and even read my mind and cleaned up my eyebrows! Total professional, thank you!!! read more

Excellent scissor cut as requested. Farba was kind and experienced.se will be back. Good location.

Loved my trim! Fariba was precise, gentle, and gave me exactly the shape I asked for. Quick, easy, and professional.

Fast service and stylists remember client preferences very well. Fariba always takes great care of my hair!

Carolina is the absolute best. Everyone is very sweet and great as well but you know when you find your person you just stick to. She's very sweet and just offers amazing customer service. I always look forward to my appt with her. She's doesn't disappoint read more

Started going here because Parkwood Barbers is getting a little pricey... Fariba cut my hair perfectly! Gf said over the past 3-4 years this haircut has been the best. Thank you read more

Venniece (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is the best, and actually whomever stylist you'll be very pleased.

I haven't gone to great clips in awhile and I am really happy I did! The place is nothing fancy but it's still nice. They have updated technology for tracking clients order and wait times which is nice. I got my haircut done by Marjon and she did a fantastic job! I usually am kind picky with what I got but she did it perfectly the first time! Although prices are "high" they are still lower than most others in the area and have better service (looking at you Supercuts down the street). Overall, I definitely recommend this place for your next haircut, just note the wait times when scheduling your service. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely WOULD. The level of disrespect here is unbelievable. I called ahead to confirm they could take me for a simple wash and blowout the woman on the phone said yes, come on in. I arrived TEN minutes later, walked in, and BOTH stylists looked directly at me... and said NOTHING. No "hello," no "what's your name," no acknowledgment that I even existed. Just blank stares while I sat there like an idiot in the waiting area. Then, as if the disrespect wasn't clear enough, a new customer walked in and suddenly they found their voices. Warm greeting, asked for his name, checked him in instantly, sat him down all while I was still sitting there being completely ignored. They even looked me up and down like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, one stylist was literally so tired she had to drag over a chair to sit while cutting someone's hair, grunting and sighing like she couldn't even stand up to do her job. Extremely unprofessional. I have NEVER been treated so rudely or made to feel so unwelcome at any establishment. The way they handled this was embarrassing, unacceptable, and downright trash behavior. I will NEVER spend a single dollar here again. And this was my first time ever in... read more

This place is great! The two ladies who are there Saturday mornings always do a good job. It's cut just how I want it. They are very friendly too. Thank You read more

I brought my son in for his hair cut. My wife and I were excited because my son chose his own haircut. He wanted a Mohawk. We were pointing out what he wanted and the hair dresser said "next time go to a barber". I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. I will no longer support this business. I will take her advice and take my business to the barber. read more

Alexis is a wonderful, knowledgeable, beautiful hair dresser. She listens well. Her ability to help you look your best is a godsend. I no longer look like my older sisters great auntie. My hair is well layered, easy to style, and youthfull. She gives easy to follow tips. Best of all, services are affordable. Thank you, Alexis! read more

(sincere review) Got the loveliest young lady that i mistakenly did not get the name of, but she cut my hair beautifully. I asked for a dead end trim and layers and she delivered exactly that. So happy with my hair and so happy with the price as well. 25 for a trim! Will be coming back in the future thank you Great Clips! read more

Door says temporary hours at - 4:00 Pm. Was told they close at 2:00. Weird. Oh well. Never gonna stop here again. Guess I'll go to Parkwood barbers. At least they're open... read more

Some stylist named Nancy cut my hair a few months ago, and I absolutely hate it. I have curly hair, and so she brushed it out and cut it much shorter than I asked. When my hair dryed, it was above my shoulders, which is the opposite of what I asked for. I will never be going back here ever again, let alone any salon for the next decade that it will take for my hair to grow out. I put my hair up everyday and cannot stand to see it down. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Never come here. read more

Got both my kids hair cut here. They are great. The online check in makes it so convenient and each stylist we have had has been great. I do want to give a shout out to Maria, she is amazing with my youngest and always is so patient with him. read more

I wasted an hour waiting for a hair cut. As soon as a new person walked in, the haircutter I would use took that person in front me. Needless to say, they've lost a customer. Their sign in system apparently does not actually work. read more

They treated my 4 year old son very well and showed kindness and compassion. His hair looks great. We are very grateful! Thank you =)

NEVER NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! SPECIALLY WITH RUDE LADY MALEYSIA!!! I am the client of this branch for couple years but so disappointed with the rude lady , her name was Maleysia . I checked in online and wait for 125 minutes and 15 minutes before my appointment I received text , so I was there at exact time. But this rude lady put another guy who came walk in first and didn't start yet and ask me to wait another 20 Minu. I said I can't since my son has class and she said she don't care and when I asked her to write it down her name she refused and didn't do that and start laughing loud to me!!!! She was really unprofessional and I never come back to this great clips again!!! Terrible customer service and terrible attitude!!! I was there today 8/23/22 at 11:20 am read more

Don't assume you will even get a haircut if you check in. I checked in with the system telling me I was 3rd in line and 23 minute wait. 35 minutes later I arrived and I was still 3rd in line with a 23 minute wait. So I left. I have had a cut here before and it was good, just a regular one length cut so it wasn't a hard thing to mess up. That hairdresser wasn't there today though. Beware of the system lying to you regarding wait time. read more

Thank you Mireya for bringing my hair back to life! My hair looks amazing. Mireya is the best!! So kind too!

Update 10/13/2018 So after Debbie contacted me to tell me that the price had been adjusted in their system, she apologized on behalf of the company and informed me that I would be refunded the difference. Thank you Debbie. I know it's silly to argue over a few dollars and I'm glad you took the initiative to contact me. Thank you again read more

Don't ever come here especially if get Angie as a hairdresser. She obviously doesn't know how to cut hair. I asked her "bob" style which is a very basic for every stylist. She even couldn't hair straight. Whoever hires her needs to be FIRED as well!! I ended up go to another hair salon to fix my it. NOT WORTH COMING HERE! read more

So...I've never been to Great Clips before. I stoped in today to get a haircut for my 5 year old. This is how I was greeted; "Did you make an appointment online?" I had not. "What's your phone number?" (Why do you need my number?) She hasn't said hello, she hasn't asked why I came in. "I need to check you in, "have you been here before?" Needless to say I decided to go elsewhere. Is this how you greet your customers? No thank you... read more

Rude employees and not professional. She wasn't listening to me how to cut my hair and she turned the chair so I can't see in the mirror and no mirror to show me the back of my neck and when asked to face the mirror she told that is how she works. When done I wasn't happy with the haircut but she told me that's what you asked for!! Not even hair, some parts cut too short, reaching the skin, Sideburns was also in even. NOT Recommending this place at all! read more

I came in at 8:30am for a simple mens haircut. Was greeted by a simple "Have you checked in online? What is your email?" After responding that i only need a haircut, not a check in with email i was told that there is a one person ahead of me and they are poorly staffed in the morning. Also there will be at least 30min wait. I've looked around and could not find that one person who was supposed to be ahead of me. Why can't I just go in to get a haircut? If i dont want to give my email or my phone number, should i be treated differently? I dont want anyone to collect my information, especially a barber shops. And that did definitely sounded like a discrimination and denial for not "not joining" the database. read more

Is it necessary for my children to be exposed to music with crazy profanity while they are getting their hair cut? Completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a family hair cut place. Four kids in here right now. read more

The other day I was in desperate need for a good hair cut, I have a business trip coming up and had never tried great clips before so was sort of nervous. Well, I'll definitely be returning. Here is why I give the place and experience 5 stars: - Cleanliness of the salon - Professionalism of the lady cutting my hair (who I later found out was the manager of the salon) - Time management (It wasn't rushed, but it was definitely quicker than other places I've been too - she knew what she was doing and didn't waste any time looking for product which I've experienced at other salons) My hair cut was exactly what I wanted and needed and I'm very happy! read more

Uyen did a great job on my zero fade. Everything was covid safe, felt great to get a cut again.

Cynthia has a lot of experience and does a great job!! I highly recommend her! Shop is clean and comfortable. Wait can be long so put in your reservation on line! They are short handed! read more

Would be great if they'd be able to get more workers. Other great clips locations almost always have a shorter wait time. I've never gone to the one on platt and seen more than two stylists, even on weekends. Don't know how they pay the rent being so understaffed, after 2 1/2 years read more

First time getting a hair cut here for my 3 year old. We only waited a few minutes. Great place to bring kids since they have a ton of kids books and lollipops! Badry cut my sons hair and did a wonderful job! She was very patient and super sweet! read more

Great Clips... It should be named Horrible Clips!!! First time I went there even though there was no one in the waiting area I was told that there was a 2 hour wait. I then made an appointment online and had a 37 min wait...but when I get there I am told that the online time means Nothing and after waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes before the got through 2 people and I watched them turn away 7 other people who came into get a haircut because there was a 45-1:30 wait even though there was no one else besides me in the waiting area! Oh and after the hey finally finished cutting the person hair before me even though they knew I had been waiting an additional 45 min beyond the original 37 minutes the woman then goes and makes a phone call for another 12 minutes...I then finally get into the chair and I'm trying to explain how I want my pretty simple man's hair cut... And the woman says it doesn't matter how I want to style my hair they Only cut hair all even and HOW I WANT TO STYLE IT DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM!!! I am a pretty positive and easy person and I have never actually been so upset that I have ever anywhere given a bad review. But I can not say any stronger...This place deserves to go out of business and forgot if they can or cannot cut hair there business practices are So Horrible I will Never go back to this location read more
