I was in a rush and needed a quick haircut. All the other salons nearby have lines. So I decided to give this Supercuts a try, which was completely empty at the time. Unfortunately, being able to get a haircut immediately was the only positive in my experience. I got the worst hair cut I ever received. Lopsided, choppy, just awful. After cutting my own hair (unsuccessfully-ish ) since 2020 when the pandemic first happened, I finally decided to go back to this location last Sunday. I checked the online appointment schedule and got one within 30 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and the place was chill, nobody waiting for a cut and two stylists finishing up. Chi took me to her chair within minutes. I described the cut I wanted and showed her an old photo, thinking she would cut at least 4 inches. She understood perfectly and cut my hair to my satisfaction, stating that she cut only about 2 inches. When I got home, I thought it looked a little long, but I didn't mind because I can still put it in a little ponytail (and boy was last week hot!). Thank you, Chi! read more

Stylist did not listen to me. Went in for a simple bang trim. Told her I like my bangs at my eyebrows. Cut my bangs and had the length perfect. Stylist mentioned texturing my bangs, I said I don't do that. She said oh you need to do that so they have life. Fast forward she textured my bangs and the end result is she ended up cutting another 1/2 inch off the bangs and now they are way too short (middle of my forehead). Lesson learned to keep listening to my gut and not the stylist. I now have horrible hair just in time for my holiday party tomorrow. read more

I had a 5:10 haircut scheduled online with Olivia for my daughter. I got there at 5:15 and she was still not finished with another gentleman's haircut. She told me she leaves at 5:30 and she wouldn't even have time to cut my daughters hair. What was the purpose of having an available spot at 5:10 if she wasn't even going to be able to do it. I thought it was very rude. She seemed confused why we were there however, I scheduled a 5:10 appointment online. This was with Olivia so be aware of this issue if you're taking a late appointment she leaves at 5:30 and doesn't consider the appointments on her calendar. She has a hard stop at 5:30. Hate to be the yelper to complain because I like to keep things positive however the lack of quality with a $29.99 haircut plus an $8 tip for Olivia not to cut my hair evenly pissed me off. Now this isn't the first time she's messed up my hair... the first time she messed it up from an uneven haircut I gave her an opportunity to correct it which she did. My wife told me to never go back but did I listen? Well I'm here writing a review so of course I didn't. Don't get me wrong Olivia is nice but she rushed the haircut. I don't blame her because I came in unscheduled right after work and hour before closing but so did two other people she decided to take on after me. After she finished cutting my hair I hadn't put my glasses back on not realizing what a horrible job she did until I got home while they already closed. I'm not letting her get a second chance this time to redeem herself because two times doing the same mess up is just bad business. I feel robbed because the quality was so bad. For anyone still reading have a good laugh at my expense. Olivia if you are reading this I hope you learn to take your time and actually look at the haircut. To whoever owns this location: Be responsible and provide your staff with decent pay and decent tools to do their job appropriately (technology hardware and software over all!!). I have NEVER seen your face at this location, which is extremely disappointing. Because of the owner's incompetence this location is short-staffed, online booking does not show on the workers end, and sometimes their credit/debit card machines cannot work because of the former. Sadly, great attitudes but if a client booked an appointment for 2:00 pm, they SHOULD honor that. Surprise for today: I arrived at the location 3 MINUTES LATE after my booking, and guess what? Mrs. X (names changed to protect their identity) just sat down another client it was not me at my appointment time (and I never missed a booking when they know I am coming). None of the 3 present employees understood the sarcasm when asked my name to confirm my appointment and I responded "yes, with X at 2:00 pm" (it was 2:05 pm when they asked me). I get it, being busy and maybe emergent bilinguals complicate things but this is the LAST time I come to this location due to the same story all over again. Thanks to this lack of understanding, my whole afternoon has been pushed back 2:00 hours. In addition, once X FINALLY started to "work" on me, she got off task to offer candies to a girl. I appreciate she being nice but if she needs to be working ON TASK, be on task!!! She can do that prior to start working with a client or afterwards. I came in on Sunday to get my sons haircut at 3:01 now I walked in and I understand that because we are a walk ins there will be some wait time when we walked in I signed in and was asked by karmina if I had an appointment and told her we do not as we waited Maria asked karmina who had an appointment and she was looking directly at me and giving me a dirty look as karmina proceeded to tell her everyone else had an appointment but us then Maria looked at me and proceeded to stare with a dirty look at me and my son and talked to her customer something about having appointment at this point I felt very uncomfortable but my son really wanted a haircut so we proceeded to waited while everyone that had appointments that walked in got seated no one reached out to us to tell us how long the wait would be nothing until Maria was finished with her customers and finished with her break she asked karmina who was next and karmina said we was next to feeling uncomfortable I did not want her to cut my sons hair so I said we will wait I don't want her she been giving me dirty looks karmina said oh no so at this point it's been almost an hour and karmina asks Maria for some help and they start arguing and the energy in the salon changed and my son started to feel uncomfortable and i looked and it had been 1hour 10 mins we had been waited so we left!! never will I come here again this place has gone to shit !!! read more

I waited like 10 minutes another customer came in and then one of the hairdressers got freed up but she took the other guy who came after me. I kept waiting for another 10 minutes and then the other hairdresser switched to another person I wasted 20 minutes of my time, got no hair cut, almost missed my dentist appointment. I've been coming here for a couple of times now for a simple trim. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Receptionists seem new. Plenty of parking available. Tram is one of the best here! She's really talented and she knows how to cut hair. She asks you questions and does the job to your satisfaction. You should book a appointment with her in advance because she does get busy. Walk ins would need to wait. Even when you book in appointment with her I had to wait an extra 30mins. Which i didn't mind because she's the best. She doesn't work some days and you can only call in the day of to make an appointment. The shop is located in a strip mall, plenty of parking and the employees are very nice and talkative. Haircut not so good . They did not offer any gel and did not use hot towel like in other locations, and please dont blame covid other shops do it without hesitation. Tran (Tram?) Doesn't know how to cut hair well. I asked for a mohawk with a high fade. My last haircut was a mohawk with a high fade. The blueprint was there, she just needed to clean it up. This woman shaves the back of my head, effectively removing my mohawk and just giving me a high fade. Hardly said sorry, just went on after I told her the mistake. Oh well, I guess I'm getting the haircut SHE wants me to get. Supercuts, I want my money, time and mohawk back!!! Worst service (and haircut) I've ever had. I brought my Mom here for a hair wash this morning and I was completely dissatisfied with their operation and lack of customer service. We arrived at 11:40am on a Tuesday. Only wanted a hair wash. There were two stylists both working on finishing up their male clients. There were also several other customers waiting in the lobby, who had made appointments online already. These stylists completely ignored us, and proceeded to chit chat at length with their male clients and drag on working slowly with them, even though there were three other haircuts waiting. The stylists finished up, and took the new clients for their service, before washing her hair. The hair wash should take maybe 10 minutes, no cutting needed. We were completely ignored. We waited an hour, no service, and they continued to service other people!! I was absolutely furious. We ended up leaving the store entirely because no one would service her. Maybe they need to hire more people or get those who do work there to get their sh*t together and move through the customers quicker. I called on the phone to share my thoughts with them and their phone lines were down, so communication was a problem. We have been there before, and had good service from a different stylist. Unfortunately, the stylist we saw previously wasn't there today. I also noticed a sign that said "Cash only today please'. Give me a break. read more

Super Cuts? More like Crappy Cuts. What a joke! I made an appointment online. I walked in yesterday not realizing the little sign "masks required".... Even though you don't even have to wear a mask on public transportation and planes anymore. Was not greeted at all. It wasn't till the lady cutting the hair of a gentleman started gossiping how she would not cut anybody's hair without a mask and how rude it is of people to not be masked. I apologized asked if they had a mask, and I would be happy to put it on. She starts to hand me one and says it's a dollar. Absolutely ridiculous to charge somebody for a 2 cent mask, and it is not required to wear masks anywhere. A gentleman with a different stylist had some chopped up hair and didn't tip the lady, good for him! So I went down the street to Great Clips. I got a great cut which cost less, no wait and no hassle about the mask and he got a good tip and my business going forward. read more

I've been coming to this location for more than 10 years and have always been satisfied with the haircut and customer service. You call ahead to make an appointment and just show up. When they changed ownership a few months ago, the new owner fired all the receptionists and now expects the hair stylists to also be the receptionist. The customer service has gotten very bad and frustrating because of that since they're too busy to do both jobs. Calling to make an appointment used to be very easy. Now it's hit or miss if they pick up the phone. If they do, they can be rude at times, if you try to make an appointment with a specific stylist, the other stylists that answer the phone doesn't know what time slots are available so won't help you book the appointment. If the specific stylist you're asking for isn't in, they won't tell you when they are in next. These are all things that the previous full time receptionists easily took care of. I've been very happy with the hair stylist that I go to, but not being able to call in to make a simple appointment is ridiculous. May be time to look elsewhere read more

Super fast, friendly, and knows exactly what she's doing. If you plan on getting a fade, she's definitely the one to ask for.
