My husband took my son there for a cut and when I saw how it turned out I was in shock. I took him back immediately to get it fixed and was told I would have to wait because there are 3 people in front of me and that the person who cut it couldn't fix it because she would go over her time, I then asked for a refund and the person told me only her manager could do that so the woman who cut his hair came up and said she would fix it and then told me my son cried the entire time and my husband said his hair was fine. I asked why she would proceed with the cut if my son was crying the entire time and asked if she was used to cutting kids hair and she said yes, every 3 year old that she has worked with has sat still and never cried. I wasn't there so I dont know how much my son cried or how difficult it was, I only saw the atrocious result. I can accept that he might have been difficult, he's 3, but be a professional and let the customer know that you're not able to style and cut to the best of your abilities and that they should come back and try another time. Don't waste your time. I went into this location at 1 pm. Their board indicated $26.95 for what I wanted (shampoo, haircut, blowdry). So, I waited 35 minutes. I get in the chair, and after I tell the stylist what I wanted, she tells me it's going to cost $58!! So ridiculous! Total waste my time, and now I don't have time to get a badly needed haircut! read more

Very bad experience just now....i did the Check in online feature to save my place. Showed up a few minutes before my time and as a stylist just finished up someone walked in and got accepted before me. They never checked to see if the check in list people were there. I was told another 10 minutes...I sat and waited because all stylists were busy. As each stylist was done with their client I watched as they swept, talked on the phone, slowly put their brushes away and asked each other questions ...25 minutes after my check in time I'm still waiting. There were 5 stylists there but only one actually working at the shampoo bowl on a client. No one acknowledged us to say they'd be right with us. A new person walked in and a stylist walked over to help him. At this point I walked out upset that I waited in the first place. I'm bummed it turned out this way but I'm not paying them for a cut if this is the type if service they provide. read more

I liked my visit to this supercuts. I've always come to this store because its close to where I live, and have always received pretty adequate service. But lately I've noticed a HUGE change in the way things are ran around here. My last visit is a perfect example: Right as I walked in I was greeted BY NAME with a smile =)..that tells me im more than just business walking through that door. There were a few people who called ahead so she explained to me that the wait would be about 20 minutes. I sat down grabbed an UP TO DATE magazine haha and waited. what felt like maybe 15 minutes went by and it was already my turn. My stylist already knew how I wanted my hair since Im a regular which again made the whole trip quite convenient. We talked for a while and the stylist even asked about my wife and children, it was a very enjoyable time.. I'll definitely be coming back here and would recommend this shop to anyone!!!! read more

I had a terrible haircut at a different salon (which shall remain nameless) earlier on the day I went in. I had waited hours for it, and it made me so sick. It was like she cut my hair in the dark. I had tried to make it work. But, seriously, it was bad. I was almost in tears. But of course, boys don't cry. So finding Sam here was just like heaven. All I can say is, that Friday I was in love. This place is absolutely horrible. My prom is two days away,I go in there looking to get my bangs cut. I sit down and I tell the girl no shorter than the bottom of my eye and to make it feathered. What does she do? The complete opposite. She cuts it to above my eye brow,it's choppy,uneven,and now I have to go to prom looking really stupid thanks to her because there's no possible way to fix it. Oh not to mention she had to ask the other stylist to help her fix it. This is just bangs,I can't imagine what it would have been like if I had been there for color and a full cut. Popped in for a hair cut, the girl that cut my hair time before that did an excellent job was not in so I took who was available, she turned out to be excellent too, gave a great hair cut also I told her I was looking for a certain style product I really liked but had ran out of. She recommended one and used it on my hair so I bought it, a little expensive but not as expensive as the one I had.
