My friend Courtney works here and she does eyelashes and hair. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk and she asked if I was here for an appointment, after telling that I had one with Courtney she said to make myself comfortable or look around at the boutique. There are some really cute items for sale here. They are definitely a cute southern shop and sell some really cute faith based items. Love it!! The eyelashes took a little over an hour and a half. Since this was my first time getting a full set of lashes Courtney talked me through what she was doing and how to take care of them, along with when it would probably be time to get a fill. I cant wait to go back and get a fill done. Great customer service and a "homey" feel to the whole place. The parking outside is not ideal, but there are about 7 parking spots and then street parking.

She let me know the color was beautiful but difficult to achieve. I'm not gonna lie, when she first colored it I wasn't too happy, but I really appreciate the way she handled it. She told me to come back if I wasn't pleased so I came in today and she gave me more knowledge about my hair. She consulted with other hair dressers and went online to get tips, which I appreciated, because I could tell she cared. My vision for my hair changed, the more she explained about my hair type, the color I wanted, and how it would fade. I left Swink hair for the second time, feeling confident and loving my hair. I appreciate the care, time, and teaching she gave me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my look. I left with an awesome smelling light hair spray and I felt I paid an appropriate price for all the services done. She's been a hairdresser for 10+ years but was very humble about helping me achieve my look, I'm in love! That should…read morereally should have been our cue to leave, but the place was really cute and Caitlyn and Halle were very nice. Truly enjoyed our time talking with them both. We were off to a rough start when they called to ask us to come in fifteen minutes early at noon so we could have a longer consult time. We showed up early, but they didn't actually get to us until after 12:15 because they were working on other clients. Halle asked us about the colors we wanted and then they sent a girl to go buy our color. That was probably the second cue to leave. They didn't actually start on use until 12:40. So we spent 5 full hours there :( I suspected the color wasn't going to be as rich since the rinse, shampoo and conditioning was all done with hot water and there was nothing placed on the hair to seal it. I do wish that someone would have said something then about the blue only being on the bottom two inches of my hair, or the the fact that it was blue and not purple. Halle did my blow dry and when it was all done she turned me to the mirror and explain how it didn't "take". No options given for how to make it better... just a whole lot of explanation. After Halle left for the day, Caitlin did offer have us, because by this time she was to the point where my nieces splotchiness was visible, come back next weekend for a fix. The place was so cute, they do offer drinks and as long as you aren't going to fashion colors- the hair I saw in there looked great.
