I have a talented lady who cuts my hair. She listens to the customer and works to satisfy those needs. Her name is Hillary.

First of all, I don't know why there's so many negative reviews about the waiting time at Supercuts. Maybe it's the day and time you go? My appointment was at 12 o'clock on Tuesday. The place was literally empty except for one other woman getting her haircut. When the woman was done with her hair, another customer immediately sat down in her seat - no wait. I liked the vibe in the salon, which was calm. Angie was great! I was really scared to get my haircut since I haven't had it cut in over 15 years. But Angie was really patient and took her time. She kind of "babied" me through getting my long bob, cutting off a little and then showing me the mirror and asking if I'd be comfortable with her cutting some more. It was obvious by the way she handled my hair that she was experienced with the scissors and had been doing this for years. I definitely had a fancy hair salon experience! The end result was an awesome haircut that I love! And a return customer for life lol... I'm definitely coming back for some highlights. read more

The wait was about 30 minutes but it was expected with how busy they were for the holidays. It's not bad at all compared to similar places. I'd wait longer if I had to just do that I could get my haircut by Veronica. She did a superb job with my daughters hair and mine as well. She took her time to make sure that we were happy with the cut and how it turned out. She even asked permission before cutting certain parts of my daughters hair, She made sure that we were comfortable and happy.
