After trying another salon in Casa Grande that I thought was going to be "the one" (turns out it wasn't -- and not because of the hair), I found Dolce Beauty Hair Salon and decided to give it a try... and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming and comfortable. The studio is absolutely adorable -- modern, charming, and just a really good vibe overall. I was greeted right away by the owner and my stylist, which instantly put me at ease. I'm very picky about who touches my hair and don't trust just anyone, so this was a big step for me. Coley is now officially my go-to stylist. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, walked me through everything she was doing, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I trusted her to cut over 8 inches off my hair -- which says a lot -- and she gave me the most beautiful, soft layers exactly how I like them. My hair has never felt better. On top of that, she is incredibly sweet and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that made all the difference for me. Booking was easy, the location is great with plenty of parking, and pricing is very reasonable. The owner, Victoria, is also so kind and makes the whole experience feel even more personal. I'll definitely be coming back for all my hair needs (and bringing my daughter too!). Already looking forward to going back for color -- I'll update after my next visit. My sister found Victoria through one of her coworkers. She went in for a trim and highly recommended her, so I scheduled for that very same day. I arrived and the salon was absolutely beautiful. Coffee was offered while waiting since I was told my appointment was running a little late because I booked last minute through their website. Victoria took her time asking me questions on the haircut I was wanting and absolutely killed it (she did amazing). She was professional, funny and very light handed. This month of December2025 they have specials and offer waxing, body sculpting, and other services. My daughter and I got haircuts and a different hair color and we love it !! I had since October 02, 2025 at 5:25pm an appointment set with Victoria the OWNER of Dolce Beauty for Tuesday, 10/21/2025 at 11:30am for full color and cut via her salon/spa's website. Today, Monday, 10/20/2025 at 4:54pm I get a text stating salon is having final inspection tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/21/2025. I was entered into a cancellation waiting list, then sent a confirmation email Sunday, 10/19/2025, which I responded to, then a reminder email today of said appointment Tuesday, 10/21/2025 at 11:30. No where I repeat NO WHERE was it ever expressed that this salon isn't even open let alone was I personally called to explain the situation. Victoria has a 30% cancellation policy for service appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance yet she chooses to notify Me less than 24 hours to my appointment of not even having certificate to open needing final inspection???? I'm highly disappointed and this shows me her lack of respect to clientele's valuable time. She tried saying which I have the text directly from her stating "I just set up the salon three weeks ago. My home was available for three years. I was supposed to open in July so yes I'm beyond stressed out." This makes no sense. I hold VICTORIA completely liable for her lack of concern and transparency with her potential clients. Very disappointed. I use several small independent businesses here in Casa Grande, Az and have NEVER had such blatant disregard for my feelings. No excuse for such lack of concern for others. I do wish Victoria to have learned a valuable lesson in this so easily rectified situation with actual compassion for her clients. No hairstylist is that good as to treat another person like this. She JUST doesn't get it from a clients perspective. To me that proves how devoted would she be in person if this is first impression. To add she made mention she's booked 2 months out. So less than 24 hour notice of inability to uphold 18 day old appointment but to be 2 months out???? Completely unacceptable. Ohhhh but she'll hopefully get me in ASAP. So now I was to be on hold to HER. Just very disappointed. Victoria I hope you figure this business out and learn this isn't just impacting you. God Bless read more

Dolce Beauty Co is amazing. The place is beautiful, location is great. You walk in and are greeted by Elena, offered a beverage and shown where the bathroom is. Victoria is incredible at what she does. She understands my hair, color, texture and knows what my hair can handle. I can show her what I want and will be honest with me. I tell her I want to keep my length and chops only what she knows needs to be chopped and maintains a great length. My hair always comes out feeling healthy and not coarse and dry. You can tell she is passionate in what she does. She always makes sure I leave loving my hair. Thank you Victoria for loving what you do. I cannot wait for the full menu of services to be ready.
