The end result of my hair looked absolutely nothing like the photo that I had shown her. What a big mistake. After spending $150 on my hair, I left ready to cry. After trying to contact the hairdresser and getting excuses as to why my hair wasn't done the way that I asked, I ended up having my daughter fix my hair with a boxed hair dye. This woman actually wanted to charge me even more money to "fix" her botched work. I would not let that woman touch my hair again even if it were free. Worst salon experience ever. Be forewarned.

Leticia was my hairstylist, and she did a great job! I said cut off no more than an inch and so I can still put a ponytail holder in my hair if I want. She listened and followed my directions to a T! She blow-dried my hair afterward which I hadn't requested but she didn't charge me! She also trimmed my eyebrows at no charge! She was very friendly and we even found out we have a friend in common! They advised me to call Stephanie, which was ultimately the best thing! She made time for me to come and get exactly what I wanted. It was my first appointment after 6 months of grow out, she thinned out all my mats and weight but still kept my length (perfect for summer!) as well as gave me more blended shaping. I'll forever be thankful for the expertise & attention to detail of her craft! She was so communicative about what I was looking for as well as recommendations, which I believe ultimately enhanced the look. If you are ever thinking about doing your own hair like how I considered moments after the first mishap, please don't and save your time and your hair and visit Stephanie!! You won't regret it
